tonyman4: I don't write reviews but I went through this company to get some art prints made and I was left very unsatisfied. The gentleman who worked the front desk and answered the phone was rock solid awesome! However, it's been going on 3 months since I first opened up a line of communication to print with their crew and still don't have them in production yet, or even a quote and they have my files and everything. I was on a tight time frame but kept my patients with them because of their great prices and kind front desk framing man. However, It would take two weeks and multiple emails and calls to get responses every time I had to answer a question. I never was able to meet the person printing or talk to them on the phone, only really sporadic emails. When I went in to see the samples they weren't sure if the samples were on the paper they use to print or not so that sort of defeated the purpose of seeing the samples. Either way I gave them the go-a-head to print. Two more weeks went by and I emailed/ called to see how things were going. I didn't get a response till a week later saying I need to approve the test prints (which I did) and that I needed to put a down payment down. So I emailed back that same day saying go for and also asked what the price would be because they still didn't tell me. Two weeks went by and still no response so I emailed again. I still don't have a quote from or a response them and it's been just about three months. I ended up giving up and now I'm going through another company. I'm sure the people that work their are fine people but I felt they had no care for their customers. If you want prints made, it may take a very, very long time and it may seem impossible at times to talk to any of the printers but you'll at least get a good price.

Jimmy ID: I had a pretty expensive Banksy GDP Rat on very thin paper I needed framed and I am just blown away how well it turned out. You can tell extreme care was taken during the archival/preservation process. Not to mention the patience they had when helping me pick out my perfect Frame and mat. Happy camper here. I will be back.

My custom framing job was completed quickly and expertly, with all of the requirements for mounting included at pick up. Best of all, when I realized I had made a mistake on the cross stitch piece I had framed, they took the frame apart, let me fix it in store, and reframed it for me all within less than an hour. Truly, customer service does not get better than this. I'm very happy with my experience here and I highly encourage everyone to come here for custom framing!
