I couldn’t find it and asked another associate where is section is but that one did not know section’s location. This is how terrible training this company provides.Yet another experience when I stopped at the restroom. Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

I am absolutely upset and disappointed in this store.

When trying to prescribe medications they have denied electronic prescriptions and left me on hold three separate times until the hold timed out and they hung up on me. My patient needs their medication and this pharmacy is actively preventing them from receiving their necessary medical care

The pharmacy needs training on how to treat customers, answering the phone and filling prescriptions in a timely manner (prescription was called in around 3:30 Saturday told to come back this morning, called and was on hold for an hour and 3 minutes only to be told it wasn’t filled and it would take an hour which would be when they shut down to go to lunch).
matt Robben: Terribly run pharmacy. It may be that they are short staffed but I called for a prescription refill 4 times this week and was put on hold for more than 30mins each time without ever getting through. Walgreen's website is down so I went to the pharmacy in person and was told that they do not have my prescription. I've confirmed with my doctor that the prescription was sent to their pharmacy. I am now a full week without my medication. If you can, get your prescriptions somewhere else!

Kayla Brown: I had such a terrible experience in this store last week with a manager named TOM, who was rude and unhelpful towards the cashier servicing me and to me. Its ashame you show respect and treat workers kind and don't receive the same energy in return. Filed a complaint with customer service and of course no contact back, response or anything to get this issue resolved or addressed. Then the way that they have security in your face and space the entire time you are in the store, is very annoying and displeasing . Close the entire location down honestly! I don't even live in the area but stop by occasionally when I am but after the last few experiences I will be avoiding it at all costs. Shame on walgreens

It is a bit messy in the aisles, there's always stock blocking the way to go.. if you are stocking you should only be allowed to pull out one pallet at a time, have to put it away and then go get the rest. when people stock and they bring it ALL out in the aisle, where tf do the customers walk?

They have been installing new weighing machines that don't work since forever; good luck finding a working price check machine, and when you do, 90% of them don't work. I am too ashamed to add any photo(s).

Mike G: I hate the layout of Meijer's stores. They are so disjointed that it makes no sense how they are laid out. Why not just number the isles sequentially like your competitors. The produce department looked like one from a third world country after a raid. People don't want to work their probably because of the pay so the lines are long and you can't find help in the aisles. If your local store is good shop there or go to Kroger.
Mal: Meijers always gonna be staple for me, and I can see it's the same for everyone else too since them lines be longer than a strand of Rapunzel's hair. They have a nice large variety of anything you may need or want and everything is organized. And let me tell you when I seen those plants they had out last week I had to pick me up a lil something so I'm telling you they got what you need, even yarn too for you crocheters like me as well.

I decided to go there myself and found several bags.

No one was around and I didn’t see a sign to wait for the attended so I ran in to make sure they fit and an older African American female ran up to my door demanding that I need to bring everything out that I brought in as if I was stealing. I was so dumbfounded that the fundamental customer service skills were absent in this women. She really knew how to make someone feel extremely uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. She didn’t explain to me why she she said what she said she just stared me down like I insulted her. I really hope someone has a chat on good customer service with her. I will take my chances and just return it if things don’t fit .

Nothing in the medicine is a controlled substance and it’s definitely not the law so I left and went to Walmart and bought what I need without the mention of an ID.

She didn't even wait for a replacement. He was so helpful and kind and went above and beyond to help me. He wasn't even phased by the crazy line and crabby customers.

Pauly G: I try to avoid if possible. Parking lot always looks like to garbage trucks collided. Made the mistake of getting some delicatessen sliced because prepackaged was bone dry. Interaction was less then pleasant. Self checkout is always speedy, just prefer other locations.

Melissa Tyus: Encountered an elderly woman attempting to shop for produce, yet could not get high enough to reach the produce bags. She stood less than 5ft. tall, said she suffers with arthritis, and asked if I could reach up for her to have a bag.Normally produce bags should be located throughout the produce department, and at heights that are accessible for all. Customer service was too busy to take the complaint. And later, would not even answer their phone.Sad!

Krista: I believe that I was pick pocketed at this location. I remember going in with my purse and #2bags and coming out without my other #2 🎒 🎒!!! And to make matters worse the security guards and store personnel were quite rude!!! Everytime I called them they put me on hold and hung up the phone on me. In addition I made out a "Police report" only to be told that I didn't enter the location with my bags. And I made the report the same night. And the police didn't return my calls until #3 weeks later, after I inquired about their findings. All this happened while shopping at Ferndale's Kroger!!!!

Linda Giles: Be careful. This Kroger engages in "bait and switch" often. When you bring the shelf price and register price difference to their attention, they pretend like they didn't know. It's happened to me 3 or 4 times recently. Customer Service Desk is usually vacant, but there are always RUDE associates on hand. And 9/10 the place is dirty. The managers are somewhere hiding.

MsMoua01: I love target! The store is very clean and organized. I like the small clearance section that sits right in front of the entrance when you walk in. Love that Target has up their game on makeup by adding name brands to their shelves, such as Anastasia Beverly Hill, Sunday Riley, Too Faced, MAC, Urban Decay, Shiseido, Clinique and a few more others. Now I don’t have to travel to Ulta or Sephora when I can stop at Target. I also love stopping at Starbucks before I start my shopping. Surrounding stores is Burlington, nonstop allegiance (entertainment center), Chase Bank and some other stores nearby.

Tabitha Davis: I had no issues with the order pickup. It was ready within the time they said and I only waited three or four minutes for the employee to go in the back and locate it. It was very simple and I do plan on using the order pickup option again in the future.

This is a violation of the ADA Disability ACT.I can NOT shop there and I would say that other people should NOT go there either. I have a disability with spinal injuries and I can't walk or stand for long. The only have 3 DISABILITIY scooters and there is no place to sit and wait for a scooter when one is not available.
dorothy shader: This store constantly overcharges from the price on the shelf or sale tickets from the scanners. I mean sometimes $1.00 or 2 more. They're putting few if any price checking scanners in the store for customers. I got a refund for Lysol Sanitizer over a mth ago and they're still charging $7.99 when the shelf price says $5.99 Ive found this to be true on many items I returned. Also they keep items beyond the expiration date religiously.Whoever is in charge there is making that store profitable by its overcharging and selling items past the expiration dates. Also they put items above tags for out of stock items that cost more than the tags .I don't believe this is just negligence. I believe they're purposely trying to bilk customers for profit. I've had too many incidents of overcharges, expired items, and wrong items placed in out of stock spots on the shelves

The cases on the Kate Spade phones slide open and the packaging remains intact so you can put it back probably because people want to make sure the case fits their phone before they buy it. I was in electronics making sure the case would fit my phone with a cart full of items. I was not greeted or acknowledged till the employee in electronics chastised me for making sure the case would fit my phone.On a separate occasion the same employee ignored me and did not help me while I was looking for a fire stick and trying to figure out which HDMI chord to purchase for my television.

I love the new grocery area, the food prices are actually really great. The store is stocked much better than it used to be, which is always a good thing. Its much cleaner, more organized. My only criticism is the general lackadaisical demeanor of the cashiers and customer service desk. It's like they move at the pace of someone who is lounging, like someone who is strolling a cruise ship lido deck after a 7 course meal; the timeliness of someone scrolling social media in their PJs on a Sunday morning. That is the best way I can describe it. I mean, they are almost always moving so slow, meanwhile there's a growing line of people that have places to be, things to do. I'm not referring to aby jind of disability or impairment, I'm talking about all of their movements. Its like watching a YT video at half speed, or less.
