brooke wiese: Overall experience with surgery was good. I was told they provide 3 complimentary laser treatments for scarring. My 3rd appointment was set and cancelled by them due to the machine breaking - in January. I had to call about rescheduling 2 times- once in February and again in March. And the 2nd time was told I can no longer get this laser treatment at a time I previously was seen for it (4:30pm) because they set a new schedule. This procedure takes a total of 5 minutes and as someone with a full time job until 4 pm I cannot take off work to drive 40 minutes round trip for a 5 minute laser. The front desk staff I spoke to was not accommodating at all. Very disappointing considering I am not happy with the scarring at this point- 7 months out.

Sherboom Lakalaka: Had a procedure a while back in which the office/hospital staff were very pleasant, but I am not at all happy with the results. Had a breast lift (my chest was not big to begin with) and followed instructions to the letter but my post-op results looked about the same as before. When I mentioned that they looked like they were drooping significantly after 2 weeks he was like, "oh no, they look fine" until he measured himself; but was still apathetic. At the next appointment a couple of months later he mentioned something like, if I were to redo them blah blah blah or if you get a reduction...blah blah blah. I had a breast lift with implants, tummy tuck and liposuction to my flanks in April 2016. I was very scared to have this procedure done because I wasn't sure how things would turn out and Dr. Kayser and his staff met with me multiple times before my procedure to ensure that I would go into the operating room without feeling uneasy. The thing that sold me on Dr. Kayser was his patience and compassion for me and I knew without a doubt that he isn't just in the business for the money. Deborah Pindzia: Dr. Kayser is amazing. I started my journey with him five years ago. I had consulted with several surgeons about a breast reduction. I was never comfortable with my breast size and was ready (thought I was) for a change. My gynecologist referred me to Dr. Kayser. So I met with Dr. Kayser in June of 2012 and he and I discussed the procedure. He said, “Deborah, I want you to wait. To get the result you want you need to lose weight and then you will feel and look great”. I wasn’t offended because Dr. Kayser was so sincere. I felt he truly cared about my health and me. All of the other surgeons were going to take my money and do the procedure – not one of them had talked to me about the future. So I began my weight loss journey. I still saw Dr. Kayser once or twice a year for Botox. I loved the Botox result. Finally November 2016 I was ready! I had lost almost 100 lbs. and now weighed 150 lbs. - the goal weight Dr. Kayser and I had set during my first visit. Jenni Borys: I went in for 2 consultations before having surgery and explained exactly what I was looking for with pictures. She stated that she could get rid of the side breast fat by lipo but now there’s sagging skin. Which was never mentioned prior to surgery. After surgery I asked her why it was like that and she said well in order to get rid of that I would have had to make an incision and then there would be a scar. Well you’ve already added implants and done a breast lift so there’s already scarring. That should have been my decision to make not here. So now I’m left with sagging skin that looks just as bad as it did pre-surgery. The breast implants are too small because she did what she thought would look good. I feel like I spent 13 K on surgery and literally ended up with nothing I wanted and they still look the same. If I knew this is how they would look after I would have just left them alone!! Lil Fxy Lu: First let me say that the front desk office staff is amazing. Now surgery for Bracheoplasty , I would not recommend having this done here. My arms are disfigured post surgery. I still wear sleeves as the arms remain very unattractive as the shape is unusual. Looking nothing like the before and afters in the office. To note a few. Remember. *You need to pay for the operating room time and anesthesia if revisions can not be completed in the office.

Ashley: I can't find the right words to explain how great Dr. Ali is! His bedside manner and his knowledge and expertise in plastic surgery is phenomenal. He's a board certified plastic surgeon, which is what you should absolutely make sure of when selecting your surgeon. He did my rhinoplasty surgery in August 2022 and it has healed beautifully. My nose looks so natural and there is not a thing I would change about it. He makes sure that your results will complement the rest of your facial features. I also want to review Marina (Dr. Ali's coordinator). She is such a kind and sweet person, and was with me for every step. She answered every question I had and even gave me her phone number to contact her with anything I needed. She called me the night before my surgery to go over everything and to reassure me. She also came to the sx center to check up on me when I was in recovery. She's absolutely amazing! I recommend Dr. Ali and Marina to everyone for any kind of plastic surgery.

Leya A: I simply wish I never had to meet with Dr Ali. I developed a side effect from one of their procedures conducted by their nurse and when meeting he simply told me, "you're young, go run." I had to look for other doctors in order to find answers and this took months to finally have my issue resolved.Consulting with him just taught me that there are doctors that simply do not care about your well being and will treat you as less than a patient. For anyone who is reading through this review, please understand that the company actually did identify and concluded with a resolution thankfully. This statement from the owner is false. Again, there are so many doctors in this field that want to present a quick "fix," but very few that will also treat beyond this. You deserve a great doctor.

Zeinab Alsafi: I’ve never had a cosmetic surgery before, but for the longest time I have wanted a rhinoplasty. Stepping in with fear, I proceeded. However my experience was beyond outstanding. The nurses/staff are all very friendly and cheerful, they created an environment that was respectful and reassuring. Marina helped all the way, and I won’t forget her. Dr.Ali listened very well to my concerns and reconstructed my nose exactly how I wanted it. I told him I wanted a natural look and he excellently delivered the results. Basically he does it befitting to a person’s facial features. After surgery I had minimal to no bruising. I’m very happy with the results, Dr.Ali is a professional at his work and has a warm personality, a great experience.

samantha vargas: I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DOCTOR!! Initially I had a great experience and felt comfortable choosing Dr. Ali after talking to other surgeons. I initially paid 16K for a Breast Aug and Tummy Tuck. (MAY 2021) At my post op visit I expressed a concern of my breast and was told it was normal. I took photos and went back in an expressed my concern again. When Dr. Ali saw my breast he said that was not normal and he did not know why that happened and he would look into it. Immediately doing my own research I knew I had a severe double bubble. I was told the way to fix it was reconstructive surgery. They made me come in multiple times prior to the reconstructive surgery to tell me the same thing everytime. It was a waste of time to keep going just for them to look at it once more since I live 50 min away. My reconstructive surgery was (DEC 2021). I had to pay another $1400 dollars. 4 months later it happened again but WORSE. I again had to go in and express my concern. I was told now I needed another surgery and I had to have both implants removed and placed over my muscle rather than under. I was then quoted almost $5000 more dollars to get it fixed. THAT IS INSANE. He is the expert and both implants being taken out should have been discussed before I wasted $1400. I saved up for this and I do not have money to just try things to see if it works. I expressed my concerns and now I have to go to a specialist here in Michigan. I will now have to pay 10K to fix what I have going on not to mention I am in pain due to my implant placement currently. I can not go a day without wearing a bra, I look disfigured as there is a huge wave in my breast. This was supposed to help my self confidence but has done nothing but left me depressed. I agree with previous commenters that once they have your money they could care less. Be very careful when choosing a surgeon and make sure you ask questions about "What if something goes wrong". They should be the expert and know how to fix something. I understand everyone's body and results are different but I do not appreciate being a test dummy and having to spend my money to do it.

Selena Nasr: All in all Dr. Ali is a very respectable, honorable man. I cannot speak otherwise, he was very sweet with me as I had a rhinoplasty done with him almost 2 years ago. I kept telling myself I needed to wait 1 whole year to get the final results because that is what he kept repeating to me, in which I did, I waited. I am now entering year 2, and completely unhappy with my results. I went in for a natural/smaller but more symmetrical nose and came out with a longer and very crooked nose. I told Dr. Ali that this was one of my biggest, and main concerns as I was very self-conscious about this matter. But now I am even more upset and bothered with a nose left like this, it is very noticeable. With this being said, with a rhinoplasty that was over $9000, for results to come out like this, is very unacceptable. I am so upset with the job that was done.

I was very nervous to go to the consult but Marina, the surgical coordinator, put me right at ease. She was so kind & made sure I was comfortable. Dr Ali came in and had a very calming and kind manner. I explained what I was looking for and I felt we were very much on the same page. After that visit, I felt so confident that he would give me what I wanted I didn’t go to any other consults- I knew i wanted him to be my Dr. The surgical center was so clean and easy to get to. The staff there was so great to me (Brandy was my nurse and she made me feel very comfortable). Recovery was not bad at all. No bruising or major swelling. I took one week pretty easy and was able to get back to my life the following week. I am now almost 8 weeks out and am very happy with how they look & feel. I love going in to my post op appts just to see the staff at Dr. Ali because they are all so kind. I highly recommend this office!

Amanda Chaney: In a nutshell, not happy with results, Dr. Ali couldn't care less once he has your money. Communication between him and staff is poor. Office don't respond in a timely matter like they did prior to surgery. Post-op & follow-up care is horrible. Three months after surgery I sent the office pictures in an email and expressed my concerns to him at my appointment shortly to follow, Ali mentioned he would have not don't anything differently. I would have taken a second opinion myself. He is not worth your money. His office always replies something about realistic goals to every bad review. I read one review where it said his office staff writes all the good reviews, I agree.
