Lady Bug: Haven't heard good things about the Detroit location in years. A friend had a terrible experience. They were treated without compassion or empathy. The things we heard about the way things were handled was absolutely absurd and uncouth. I would nvr recommend anyone taking a chance there.
William 2zzlow: Dr Tepper is 100% very professional and straight forward. She definitely knows what she is doing. In love with my results from surgery.Edit: 6 months post op and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The self love I have now is incredible.

Carly E: Would not recommend. I drove an hour to this place for an appointment at 9am. I’ve waited 7 weeks to get in to have a biopsy on some aggressively growing moles. I wasn’t called back until 9:45. I was under the impression that I would be getting them taken off today but since they were running late I now have to wait another 6 weeks for a 30 minute procedure that could’ve been done if they were professional enough to be on time.

His professionalism, patience and kindness is difficult to find in a specialist. I actually looked forward to my visits with him. His residents, the nurses and other staff in the office are just as professional and kind. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my care.

Charles-Ray Pennington: Dr. Rozzelle pinpointed an extremely rare condition I had called "torticollis." It was a condition that was preventing the muscle on one side of my neck from stretching making me look as if I had a "crooked head." She performed the surgery (which lasted 20 minutes) and was extremely caring, kind, and professional. I was only 12 at the time but I have never forgotten her. 10 years later and you can hardly tell I ever had a "crooked head." I actually have to point it out to people now. Thanks Doc for changing my life forever. I was once bullied for my head but after the surgery and all that physical therapy, the bullying stopped.
Lindsay Miracle: This amazing woman fixed my baby up 13 years ago and still remembers her face to this day, and the memories of when she first came to her as a newborn. We are truly blessed to know her and her fantastic assistant and everyone here at Children's Hospital of Michigan. I am ever so grateful for their talents, care, and pure hearts. Micole Heggs: Dr rozzelle did a 8 hr reconstruction surgery on my son head when he was 2 yr old. When I tell u I was a nervous wreck but dr insured me he would be fine and sure enough it was a success. He’s 4 now and u can’t even tell he was cut from ear to ear. It was a long healing process but I thank god for such a gifted surgeon like her. I recommend her she is awesome.

Rebecca Swoveland: I won’t take stars away for Dr. Rozzelle because she did amazing work on my daughter. Her current office staff, or at least the lady I spoke to, leave much to be desired. I called to inform her there was a pile up on the freeway and ask if we could still come if we would be late. I told her my appointment was for 4:20. She very hatefully told me that no it’s for 4. I told her “I’m sorry the appointment card said 4:20” She then says “No it didn’t but it doesn’t matter! She’ll still be seen.” The whole interaction was unprofessional and if I hadn’t already had appointments with Dr. Rozzelle, I may have considered other options.

Joshua Aylward: Dr Rozzelle has done surgery on 2 of my kids. My daughter had crainio vault reconstruction at 8 mos, which turned out beautifully. She has done 2 surgeries so far on my son for a bilateral cleft lip & palate. She is skilled at what she does. Dr Rozzelle takes her patients care very seriously. Their health and safety is a concern for her. I feel like she will do everything in her power to make sure our kids medical needs are addressed. She is a perfectionist & it shows in the quality of care she provides her patients. She’ll even get down on a child’s level to explain a procedure to them in a way they can understand. Her office staff have been helpful over the years (so far we’ve worked with her for 7 1/2 years. We have another decade to go). Her assistant, Peggy, is particularly helpful. Dr Rozzelle is definitely a doctor you want on your child’s team.
Sugarpuffthefox: I had to put a star on to comment...0 stars...she lied to CP's stating "I have never met the mother pre surgery" when in FACT...my arms holding my kid were in all pre-op pictures. Her misleading statements led to the removal of my child. 18 months later & $6,000 later...my child was returned...with an apology from CPS! I was told not to google my kids procedure due to the graphic nature...I wish I wouldn't have listened to that...Do yourself a favor...take the trip to U of M Mott Children's,Ann Arbor or Beaumont Children's, Royal Oak

brooke wiese: Overall experience with surgery was good. I was told they provide 3 complimentary laser treatments for scarring. My 3rd appointment was set and cancelled by them due to the machine breaking - in January. I had to call about rescheduling 2 times- once in February and again in March. And the 2nd time was told I can no longer get this laser treatment at a time I previously was seen for it (4:30pm) because they set a new schedule. This procedure takes a total of 5 minutes and as someone with a full time job until 4 pm I cannot take off work to drive 40 minutes round trip for a 5 minute laser. The front desk staff I spoke to was not accommodating at all. Very disappointing considering I am not happy with the scarring at this point- 7 months out.
