vee: I wish they did an entire cleanse of this store. Any day, no matter how nice you may try to be, you’re always met with someone with an attitude. Then they get your order wrong and get mad at you when you want it fixed. There’s no surprise they’re always low on staff because I can bet the working environment is terrible. I doubt it’ll happen, but hopefully one day they really send someone in to see how rude the employees at this particular Popeyes are and fix it. There has to be a change in staff here, or they’re going to continue to get poor reviews and complaints.

I ordered signature chicken and signature spicy chicken sandwiche with a apple pie .strawberry cheese cake fries and a drink but they didn't put any other thing that they should have like utensils condiments napkins and nothing and the crazy part I ordered all of those they didn't put my pie and cake this is ridiculous and the told me nothing when I get back couple minutes they told me we don't have it and you need to get a refund in the app how I get a refund they already charged me and you didn't say we don't have it when I get back the lady cashier was like she is working by force I don't say they are bad but they absolutely need to level up thier customer service

Ryan Leonardos: This is the second time we have ordered Door Dash from this location, and it's the second time we have had to turn to Popeye's Corporate for problem resolution. Sides missing from our order, (this last time it was the large coleslaw), no silverware even though we ordered mashed potatoes and coleslaw. Also, they can never seem to get the sauces we ordered right. Both times we ordered the Mardi Gras mustard, and both times we got something else. This time we ended up with Buffalo Bayou which no one here eats, so it's going into the trash as wasted. They even forgot the honey for the biscuts, even though it was ordered as part of the delivery and printed right on the delivery order ticket, along with the coleslaw and Mardi Gras mustard.

KD: i don’t know who the older short woman that works at nights, but she has the worst attitude i’ve ever encountered. if she hates having a job so much, she should quit. she never wears a name tag and refuses to give her name when asked. she should be fired and banned from working in any customer service role.
Game Is To Be Sold: Never again will I ever go to another Popeyes. Carol Willis: Waited for ten minutes at the drive-thru intercom with no one acknowledging me I saw there was two cars waiting in line in front of my car, one being helped at the window while I’m still patiently waiting for them to actually use their headsets and say “good evening, could you please wait to order?” But no, the three headset wearing mgmt and employees couldn’t be bothered until one person counted down their drawer to then be able greet a person waiting in the drive-thru. After that unnecessary wait, I was unable to order the food I wanted because they were out, which is fine but to have someone waiting that long for a “we’re out” is ridiculous. 0/10 would not recommend poor customer service.
