fine needle: During my online search for a hard to find, discontinued from production, perfume I landed on the Amour Fragrances website. I called them up to check availability and to have it shipped by an expedited way. The salesperson was pleasant, very helpful and patient with me (I say this because I called multiple times to confirm one thing or the other). Competitive price. Great customer service. What's not to love ?

As a person who has a large collection of fragrances the store has many gems and hard to find items. Pricing i would say is on the expensive side in some items Arabic perfumes for instance however pricing is relative so it wouldn't affect the rating.Positive experience

Abe Dahbour: As a repeat and satisfied customer I would like to clarify a review written and posted by SHELBYANN, I was present at the time this customer was at the mentioned establishment and the customer was being extremely rude and yelling at the employees and telling other customers in the store that the establishment was conducting fraudulent business. The store owner tried to calm the customer but she kept insisting on uttering false narratives and other customers had to get involved to try and calm the customer and her husband. I truly believe that in situations like this taking a calm approach to try and resolve the issue would have possibly landed her a different outcome, but instead writing false reviews and causing an absurd seen not only making the employees uncomfortable but the customers in the store as well. I also understand that these are trying times for everyone and around the holidays we could all get a little edgy. As per the customer or customers without masks I personally did not see anyone without a mask, but even if that was the case we are not aware of possible medical conditions or exemptions they might have. I have been a customer here for over a decade and have had nothing but excellent experiences both with the product I have purchased and customer service!

Example Creed Millesime Imperial is a masterpiece, however for the price, $375 to $400, it has poor proformance. 2-3 hours, then it stops projecting. EP's version $15, is BEAST MODE WITH 2 SPRAYS and last 12 hours! My spor!
