Lisica's Lounge: Swan & Associates have been doing my taxes for over 20years(both filing as married & single) they are kind, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. If there is any discrepancies they always will work with you to correct any issues. They have no appointments but as always first come first serve(pull a number tab, sit and wait or give their assistant your number and they'll call you). If you don't like to wait get in EARLY less wait time this way. However you do it this Company will always handle your service with care and professionalism.
Rachel Minion: I have been dealing with Swan Income Tax for decades. They have always handled my taxes with excellence. Nicholas and the staff are very welcoming and kind.
Audrey Tuggle: Me and my husband have been going to SWANS For over 30 years. Always so professional, polite, courteous, and very reasonably priced. Very impressed always with all of their services. They have always seemed like family to us. If any mistakes are made, which is a rarity., Always fixed promptly. Always a pleasure going to them every year. You can't go wrong using SWANS. Michelle Spicer: Actually no stars i have used swan for over 30 years i have thru out those years recommended several now clients to the business have been a loyal customer I used swan and paid for my services whatever i was charged i am now a senior and a widow i screwed up and filed right before the biden relief was signed which caused chaos for everyone i was told by the young man that done my taxes there at swan if it would be to my advantage i would be contacted it was and I wasn't contacted i tried to amend my taxes they wouldn't do it i am so very disappointed i am currently awaiting the irs to do whatever im just a number like every one else and i guess swan is just a business that doesn't CARE and has no time for those that supported them year after year

Yes it's crazy due to their ticket system....first come first served system. But get there super early before they open, and you won't wait so long :)

Milly: First time going there.. Very nice and perfect. What i didn't like.. They don't wear their mask.. I was feeling a bet uncontrollable.. But the men who was doing my taxes noticed that and put his mask on.. I respect their discussion.. But they should learn the virus is very high up there.. I mean at less wear a shield so people won't feel uncomfortable around them. But in all they did a wonderful job. And it wasn't so pricy. I well come again 🤗
