Phillip Wooden: As a disabled military veteran, I want to thank EDI with a special thanks to Joe for his support and professionalism. After reading the reviews, I thought my situation would not measure up to the larger cases. However, no case is too small or insignificant for this agency. After receiving my detailed email, Joe reached out promptly to discuss my request for support. He had even initiated preliminary work in preparation before our first conversation. That conversation was extremely informative, and our service could have ended right there. AwnYahNotEine You- Heard-Me: I was eagerly anticipating my new phone delivery. But, when I went downstairs to grab the package, I noticed it was sliced along the top and there was nothing inside it except a piece of paper. Someone at the facility stole my phone and this isn't the first time my things have gone missing.
Marko Radovic: Always use any other shipping company. Fedex in Warren Mi. is terrible. All of our neighbors avoid them. Can never get hold of anyone. The general phone number has courteous employees but the don't give them any tools to resolve any problems. Tracking told me shipment was on the way and they shipped it back to shipper. This process took a month.
Kyle R Stevens: The other reviewers are completely right. I would avoid this location at all costs! I had two pairs of shoes stolen here within the same week (tracking showed they never left the store). Thankfully, I get a receipt each time I drop off packages with pre-paid shipping labels, so FedEx corporate stepped in and reimbursed me $100 for each item plus the original shipping cost on one of the packages. FedEx corporate needs to investigate this location. SHIPPERS AVOID!
Harlesha Hairston: If you can avoid this location, please do. There was only two employees, of course everyone’s hiring right? I was not in a rush nor in a hurry to ship my package. The woman who was dresses in jeans boots and a plaid button up never communicated a word, nor did the girl in an actual FedEx shirt.. I was rudely responded to only until I commented on their poor communication, kindness, and simply put professionalism. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 HIRE COMPETENT EMPLOYEES PLEASE
keith hall: I received a heavy package that was meant to be delivered 2 blocks away. What is crazy is that we don’t even have the same address number and when I contacted customer service they said they would send a truck out to pick it up but they haven’t yet 7 plus hours later. I found the persons phone number but they have not answered, so next week it’s going in the garbage.

Ali Bhatti: This is a location where Fedex don't do their job and always packaging are getting delayed and lost in this location. Fedex service and drivers in this Oak Park Michigan are poor and un-educated. Management check these drivers, if they are not drunk as they are delivering packages to the wrong addresses. I guess Fedex driving need more training how to deliver packages while knocking the door. Very Very poor service by Fedex management, customer service, and drivers. They don't deserve for single star!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Jermaine Melton: I read the numerous negative reviews, at the Oak Park FedEx office. I went there, on two occasions, to pick up a package. The workers were very helpful. One lady even helped me take one package out to my car. Experienced no problems at that office.

Tracey Smith: Be very careful with this location. I think there's an employee theft ring, involving cell phones. Pay attention to late/never arriving items, especially cell phones. Pay attention to tracking history that doesn't make sense. The FedEx delivery person handed me a sealed box...with no phone in it, along with two Little Caesars Pizza Kit boxes that weren't even mine.
Reflexive awm: Went in to ship a package. Employee called from the back to help me. Instead she answers the phone. Then she couldn't get her scanner to work. Then she ignored me for 5 minutes to help another person. Then she tells me I have to email her my packing slip. I could have done that during the 5 minutes. Went to the Southfield location instead, in and out in 30 seconds.
