PETCO is getting worse and worse and the prices are RIDICULOUS. Before the pandemic they were 250-350. $ 899.00 is outrageous and uncalled for.THE TWO HANGING LINKS ARE NOT TOYS AT ALL. They can't even play. They just sit there day after day. SHAME ON YOU. Whomever the manager is, NEEDS TO BE FIRED. There are plenty people that love to work. Hannah: Trying to book through their app makes it impossible to get both of my dogs groomed anywhere near the same time. I’ll go somewhere else then because not only is that obnoxious it’s incredibly wasteful. Why would I drive there twice and why should I have to take time off of work to be able to get both dogs groomed in the same day? Scheduled one appointment for 3:30, scheduler showing 14 available times including 2:30 and 3:00 appointments still available. Go to schedule other dog and only 7 available with nothing after 1:30. Cancel appointment and go back in all 14 afternoon times available. I’m just go somewhere that cares about efficiency.

They never answer the phone or call you back when u leave a message. So unprofessional. I recently took my mom dog an she came out looking worse when they got through. Plus my mom dog has been whining like she got hurt. I will never take my dog or my mom dog there .
Dakiem Daniely: Expensive but very convenient. Twice as much as my mom and pop spot on almost everything and not the same quality at times. Very close to home and decent hours of operation though... also worth not having to drive the distance pay for gas or risk the drama.

They also have a holiday booth setup in Cadilliac Square right next to Campus Martius in the winter. It's a super cute scene for a date while visiting the Detroit Christmas tree!

She couldn’t tell me what kind of dogs they were, prices, or even when I can contact the owner. I left my number twice and after not hearing a response, called MULTIPLE times throughout the day over the span of 2 weeks. When I finally got in touch with the owner he said the dog was already being sold.A business should not pick up the phone 1/10 times and have someone working that has no idea what kind of products they’re even selling. Please take your business elsewhere.

Teresa Deagle: It is somewhat hard to find bc it's in a Long Industrial Bldg. Called Maplewood . Once you enter the Parking lot it goes to the left and is very long. On the doors to the right they have letters A-Z and the Great Lakes Pups is toward the very end marked with the letter "V" . It is a small, but very clean, garage like area with Tea Cup Pups of diff. Breeds and only 4 were there when I visited. Martin, the Owner, is very kind and gets New Pups in All the time. Although, very pricey, the pups are Vetted, have 1 yr. Guarantees along with a Training Gift Cert. & Free Microchip. Also, has Financing available. Best Wishes.

Emma: -100000000000000 stars. Called at 1130 am Monday. This lady was nasty as soon as she answered the call and I waited over 20 minutes in a queue. I have a rescue that will help me take in the dog, but apparently they don't help catch dogs you just make a "complaint" which I wasn't trying to do. And they come out within a few days to come get the dog.

Walked up on me I have a video that I since made a police report on for him threatening me on. Was told by the police station legally they can not refuse a animal if they have room also was told that I would not receive a ticket if I had left Them the confused little boy was aggressive and I could have left them. All because his parents didn’t teach him respect now he is going to have a case. Because the police I am not allowed to share the photos and videos.

LaDena Brantley: We had a stray cat in our garage that was in need of serious medical attention. We called them to come and get the cat for two days. They told us that they won't pick up the cat unless it was confined in a box or container. We took the necessary steps into confining the cat and call them back and told we did and to send them back to pickup the cat....they never came to get the cat. Unfortunately the cat died in container in our garage.
