Frances Boyd: Critical:ProfessionalismWhen they don't want to do business with you they give you a quote of $100,00.00. I believe this happened to us because we're black. The man that came out was very disconnected and horrible. I'm happy to report that we got a beautiful new kitchen with DeWitt Construction for a great price.
Sue Goldsworthy: I contracted with Bobson to replace my screened-in porch enclosure, install new siding, replace my storm door and window trim, and replace my gutters and downspouts. I received 3 estimates for the work and Bobson was the middle price. Richard and Josh became involved early on to help scope the work and advise as to the best materials and approaches. They stayed with me throughout the project. Richard was available immediately whenever I had a question and answered clearly and patiently. The workers were craftsmen, ensuring fit and finish were top notch. They were respectful and did a good job cleaning up. The work was completed a month early and easily passed the building department inspection with no issues. Glessie Gilchrist: The service representative that came to home an older gentlemen was just unprofessional. When I questioned him about pricing he became defensive. He gave me an inclusion price for several things I was have upgraded and replace. I wanted to know the different price to make an informed decision of what was important and what I could eliminate. I asked how many feet was required for my job he explained this is an average guess and the installers would be more accurate. I had a problem with that since I would be signing a contract without knowing the exact amount of wood and face board needed to complete the job. That meant I would sign a contract for one amount and late discover there's add charge for measurement that was not included. I can't blame. The representative did not give the best presentation of Bobson Construction

As an extremely satisfied customer of Bobson Construction and Richard Miller, President, I would like to highly recommend Bobson Construction to anyone in need of excellent work and superb treatment by the President of Bobson Construction and his son, Josh. I had to have my old carport taken down and a brand new carport built. Richard Miller was friendly, but professional, and he always answered my questions and made sure that everything was done just the way I wanted it to be done. The new carport is absolutely beautiful! Bill, the foreman, was also fabulous to deal with at all times. John, the carpenter, did a fantastic job in building my new wooden carport and was also superb in putting the new shingles on the new carport roof. The shingles are an exact match to the shingles on the roof of the house, just as I had requested. The new structure is very sturdy and the quality of the workmanship is absolutely beautiful!!! I told them what I was looking for and the next day they came in with many samples and the representative was extremely professional. Not only did they take care of my flooring needs but they also gave me an estimate on my blinds and entire kitchen. One month later I am very pleased with EVERYTHING. They were extremely efficient and paid close attention to detail which is very important to me. I strongly recommend Global Interiors for all your home interior and exterior re-finishing needs. Sandra Ashburn: This companyGlobal Interiors was contacted through Lowes to build an addition to a deck in our back yard. The contract was written by Lowes on March 13th. My husband kept going to Lowes every day like it was his job because nothing was being started except for 4 holes with a post in it. Lowes kept calling this contractor. The wood was delivered in April. My husband found that the would was split in places and had other things wrong. He kept calling so they could come get this would and replace. It took my husband to call the Lowes headquarters to get in touch with them. They came out the next day and picked it up. Would was not delivered again until the end of June. They told my husband they would begin work 7/2/17 but did not come until 7/10/17. Took 2 weeks to complete deck. Now the boards are too far apart. Suppose to be 1/8 of an inch they are 1/4 of an inch wide, they care giving my husband a hard time about fixing the problem. I will give them till this Friday 7/23/17 then I am going to the problem solvers. I would not purchase any thing or have Global Interiors to do anything in your home for you because you will not be satisfied. As far as owes is concerned they need to get another contractor.

Marc Brookman: We had Pachota do a complete bathroom remodel. It is about 10’x11’. They were the only company that said yes to all our requests. Complete gut to the studs, spray foam insulation, heated tile floor, complete flush floor room with shower.The lead time from initial request to start of project was long but once they started they worked constantly to get it done.The quality of everything is great. The full flush heated tile floor is amazing. We are very are glad we waited to have Pachota do our master bathroom.

Bob Hauser: We were looking for a company that would help us with updating the design on our master bathroom. We were fortunate to find Pachota Construction! Bill & Matt Pachota, and their team of sub-contractors, did an absolutely outstanding job of designing and remodeling our old master bathroom. We asked for a complete tear-out of our bathroom, down to the studs, with everything updated - new toilet, a new vanity, and replace the old tub with a walk-in show. Colleen Comben: This review is long overdue and for that we apologize! We had the pleasure of working with Pachota Contruction for our Kitchen remodel during the summer of 2021. Our 1962 Kitchen was original to our home, with "bandaids and lipstick" added over the years and it was time for a total gut. We had quotes from several contractors, and it took years before we finally selected someone, but we are so glad we waited and worked with Pachota. From our first visit with our designer and subsequent visits by the owner to discuss our structure and the construction process we felt informed and valued as customers. Our project was "down to the studs" and included dated soffit removal and a wall removal to open up our small space. The process may have taken longer than usual due to Covid issues, but we understood this, were prepared, and felt we were completely informed along the way. The customer service and quality of workmanship provided by this family business was outstanding. All of the staff and subcontractors were professional and courteous, and I always felt my questions and concerns were dealt with respectfully and on a timely basis. Adil Nasser: We contracted Pachota Construction to remodel our basement kitchen. The pluses were the staff, including the owner was very friendly and courteous and aimed to please. The negative side is our project took way too long. The project started in the took all summer. The reasons were due to various reasons such as materials not being in stock. This occurred despite us signing the contract and putting down a $20K deposit more than 6 months before the job started. I’ve heard nothing back yet about our quote after leaving a couple messages. A simple phone call to say you are too busy to bother with it would be nice.
Save Our Environment: Pachota took on our project, which had a few complicating factors. It took a long time to get the project started, which was our only disappointment. There was a lot going on with the families, so we understood. One complicating factor with our job included breaking through cement to lay new water lines. Once they broke through the cement they found a large empty space under the cement, including the garage floor. They found a contractor to fill the hole, and it appears to be doing the trick. There was ductwork and so forth that had to be moved to another wall and it appears to be working. In the end, we have a working tiled shower in our half bath now and a remodeled and reconfigured laundry room, with a new tiled floor in both. The end result is beautiful. The project was not inexpensive, and took some time, but we plan to stay in our home for now, so it was worth it.
