Darnell “its a conversation peace” Blackburn: One of my best friends and I had dinner here tonight. The service was top notch starting with the hostess who was very friendly and welcoming. The best part of the night was our server Tiffany. She was very engaging and kind. She gave us recommendations on what to try from food to drinks and they were spot on. Tiffany is the epitome of a great server and a great asset to Parc. I wish there was a Tiffany at every restaurant I went to.

Darrin 'Boomer' Williams: This is by far my favorite restaurant in Detroit! It has a great ambience to the downtown, Detroit scene, and the staff are 10 stars out of five. Luis M: The restaurant was kind of busy for a Tuesday afternoon but there was a pretty big convention nearby. My boss and I sat down ordered drinks and then looked at the menu. About 5 minutes later they take our order, he gets lobster rolls I get the Bolognese. 45 minutes pass and nobody checked on us. We saw other folks get their food that sat down at the same time or shortly after us. We finally flag down our server and they apologize and said they're going to go check. About 10 more minutes pass and the manager comes by and said sorry but they'll go figure out what's up. Finally a little over an hour we get our food. It's a real shame because the Bolognese was delicious. My boss said the lobster rolls were mediocre. After all that not even 10% off or like a little dessert or anything. Not mandatory but it would've gone a long way to show a little accountability for the error.

Kelly Hall: Where do I start? The Mister and I stopped in for drinks Sunday afternoon. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Shakira. She offered us water and food menus. We informed her we would only be having drinks. Her level of service and friendliness remained exactly the same as she asked us what we would like to drink. Since I saw freshly squeezed lemon juice on the bar I was comfortable ordering a lemon drop martini. The Mister ordered a margarita. Shakira quickly and efficiently made us the two cocktails from scratch. She even tasted them to make sure the mix was just right before serving. Total pro move! We didn't have food so I cannot comment on that. But, if you are going to Parc for drinks I hope you are lucky enough to meet Shakira!

Vidas Kubilius: Restaurant's espresso machine was out of service (an employee told me it had been for close to a month). Only drip coffee was available for breakfast for my week long stay. Extremely disappointing a hotel of this reputation and stature can't figure out a fix or replacement for such a pertinent detail. Having stayed at the property multiple times this was a big shame. Great experience with the venue and restaurant otherwise.

Miss Myco: The food average and room temp, which is slightly upsetting for the price and atmosphere. I sampled the barria tacos and the ribeye steak. I ordered the walleye. No one in our party of 11 was exactly impressed with their meal. They did all agree the brussels sprouts were the best. We had one teen in our group and her chicken wings looked good and she said they were just okay. We were able to enjoy our group of 11 comfortably in a small private area away from the rest of the dining room, with a cute gas fireplace. We all pretty much agreed we tried it, and it was okay, but we don't necessarily have to go back.I went back over the menu, maybe there was a Mother's Special menu or maybe it changes weekly... but the breakfast and lunch options look more appealing.

We decided to stay in and have all our meals in house at the Tria and this turned out to be the best decision. If you choose to do the same then be sure to ask to be seated in Paul's area for dinner. He was absolutely fabulous as his attention to us was as if we were his only table to which it wasn't. The following evening Paul remembered my wife and I both and greeted us by our names as if he had known us forever. For breakfast we were greeted by the hostess Ashia who took care of us as if we were sitting at her breakfast table in her home. From the sitting to the bill, we could not have asked for a better experience than with her. If you choose to belly up to the bar then you will not be disappointed with their huge selection of bottled spirits. Yes there is wine, a selection of bottled beers was well as beer on tap. Be sure to say hello to Dean and Melissa for us. When it comes to bartenders, with those two serving you your favorite poison you should not need any other bartender ever and you can tell they really enjoy their job. Very condescending to a group of professional women. Wouldn’t smile and he didn’t seem knowledgeable about the menu at all. Barely checked in on us and when we told him we wanted to order more drinks, he said he’d be right back but didn’t come back. Shocked The Henry would hire someone so disrespectful and condescending especially in a time when equality is in the center of everything.
