Vault of Midnight: what do users think?
Diana Nader: Atmosphere
jake Huckaby: It was a very high end comic book store with a wide selection of items but they were over charging. When my friend went to bring them a collector set of zelda manga which on the bottom they went oh that's like 200$ right which kind of set off a red flag. I ended up saying no the msrp on the bottom shows 125$.
Tossmaru: Staff was very helpful, the store was gorgeous and clean, I look forward to being a regualr customer.
Tina Marie: Great little shop with a nice variety of comics, games and other fun stuff... always find something neat here. Super nice employees, too.
Devonte Chessman: If you're into comics and everything nostalgic then this place has your name written all over it!!!
Allen Byrd: Always friendly and happy to see you. Good variety of modern and back issues, always willing to order or have sent from the other stores if not immediately available, and always give a heads up on silver and bronze age gems.
Kayla Matthews: Cute nice $1 box
Julia Alsoretta: They have the best collectibles in there! They have Sonny Angels and Smiskis and other amazing things. The Ann Arbor location is also amazing. Support local business :)
G: Awesome store for graphic novels and games. Clean layout, friendly staff

RIW Hobbies: what do users think?
Paster B: Very friendly, professional, and personable staff. Massive selection of products from a wide variety of differing hobbies
Ashran Bakth: This is a pretty decent local card shop, I just wish they had more vintage Pokémon cards in stock.
Josh S: A little cramped, but a great selection. Especially for minis.
dylan moore: Today I visited the store to check out some baseball cards and star wars cards that I have. Was greeted by one person that told me that he wasn't experienced in the cards that I had so he said maybe one of the other people working there might help. So I walked down the aisle and none of the other people looked my way I don't know if I was black and it was a problem. I stood there for a while and no one said anything to me. The a guy from the back tied to help he wasn't that experienced either so he called his boss who was supposed to come and see and never did. So I recommend if your black don't go there.
hali fortuna: Really cool spot for games and d&d items. I needed some moss for my d&d character figurine and they had a ton of options.
Luke Jacobson: Love to come to this store for my D&D needs as well as board games. Very friendly staff.
Dat Pixon: I have been coming here for years, since the mid-2000s at their old location. Over the last few months I've found it a lot less inviting, with a couple of unfriendly, unhelpful people behind the counter and misleading/bait & switch pricing on items (saying one price on their Twitter or over the phone and charging more on arrival) to straight price-gouging on new items. Some of the folks that run certain events are good people and the owner has always been kind, but having some employees constantly having an attitude, giving one-word answers, and arguing with customers is just off-putting.I'll still be coming here for some events to support the people who put them together, but I won't be bothering with making any purchases unless I see some difference behind the counter (or new faces replacing the two people who clearly aren't even happy to be working here). This isn't the go-to shop it has been for me for two decades anymore.
Perfect X: 5 stars since they removed the mask requirement and started having events again.
Kieran Bledsoe: RIW has been my LGS of choice for over 5 years, and I don't plan to stop coming. They have fostered a friendly, fun, accepting atmosphere for all ages, and there's always someone knowledgeable about your questions. I still don't know what RIW stands for, and that's okay. :)
Ask Me: Best store in the area, the people behind the counters are happy to pull cards for you or make recommendations on Magic. The board game selection is great and most of the staff has alot of knowledge on the products. It's nice to feel welcome in a LGS
Daniel Walker: Very good selection of cards and friendly staff! Though, aren't very negotiable with their pricing, even when you buy multiples of the same card. Overall, it's a cool store to check out!
Bill Given: Good selection of non-traditional games but lacks selection of jigsaw puzzles
Travis Ray: The only store in the world that charges MORE than Games Workshop for Warhammer minis and supplies. No reason to shop here for Warhammer when you can just buy from GW directly, or other hobby stores which offer the standard 10-15% reduction.
k Lid: Solid prices and staff is knowledgeable
Mark Pasden: A staggering amount of variety in this store. While it's not the biggest game store I've seen, it is definitely up there. Lots of games and a lot of game pieces and books are here and even paints for painting miniatures. So, if you're in the area, check it out.
Gail klein: Too friendly for us introverts.Great prices.Good service.
Saio89: Great service and selection. If you plan to use Credit card there is a $10 minimum FYI
Jon Wilkerson: Best hobby shop period. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
Eric Nelson: Still one of the best game stores in SE Michigan. Really good selection of boardgames.
Maddy Lank: I love RIW hobbies. The staff is knowledgeable and gives out great recommendations, whether you're looking for some new games for the family or some high end strategy. Be sure to try your hand at the dice gumball machine! You could walk away with a free metal dice set!
Collin Bushart: Amazing Staff. Great Selection of anything Hobby. Love them. Selection of 40k products is unrivalled in the area.

Big Ben's Comix Oasis: what do users think?
Darcie Toler: Great people and great selections!!
Wood Mama: Great place! They are the few genuine shops that have all the different genres for comics. They also sell figures as well as anime/video game merch!
PokeTruckerDee: Don't sell anything there unless the owner is there everyone else will rob u blind. U will leave with cash unless the smurf guy is there then u will have to leave with a check. After this past time I'll never go back again and I'll make sure all of youtube knows this. Absolutely disgusting the way they are willing to Rip people off. Absolutely disgusting!
heavy HeroG: Great place for cokixs
Supa Emcee: The Best store on the Planet!!!
wyatt marie: Makes me sick, in the BEST WAY, every time I come into this place. I wish I could just buy it all lol. They're amazing, and the old dudes behind the counter have knowledge and stories for days. Anything from collectible hot wheels, to anime, to original star wars merch. They truly have anything your nerdy heart desires. My whole family are loyal customers and we will continue to be.
Joe Burger: Made me a low-ball offer without even looking at what was in the box I brought in, idiots
sapphire Lynn: Classic place and everyone is so helpful. They have EVERYTHING
Robert Carrigan: Great customer service. My son saved up to buy a very expensive Transformer figure. A couple pieces were missing and a part was broken. Even though it is not their policy to return open items, they evaluated the situation and let him return the item and said they would take care of it with the manufacturer. Thank You
Tommy Ibrahim: Amazing stuff, great friendly staff and owners, thank you always Gary and Ben
Kris: Honestly. Anyone who reads this, I need you to trust me when I say Big Bens Comix Oasis is an absolute hidden gem. I live in Maine so finding a good comic shop isn't exactly easy.I was on the search for a Sideshow Collectibles 1/6 Cyclops. After a good month of holding out on paying eBay prices, and hoping for a good deal, a Facebook miracle happened in a collectors group and I was directed to Big Bens.I sent them a message over Facebook and the very next morning (before the even opene) I received a message confirming that they had Cyclops! Brand new, still with the brown shipper...It was a magical April 13th.The price was incredibly fair, the shipping was fast, and the figure is fantastic! If you're on the hunt for something, you should absolutely give them a shout, or even better go visit if you're in Michigan!
Haitham: They cancelled my order because I used my fright forwarder address without specifying that in their policy. They didnt even give me a chance to change my address or even giving a justification of this action. I wont risk placing any order with them, better use respectable companies such as BigBadToyStore or Entertainment Earth.
Mama bear: This place is so awesome!!
Jarrod Humphries: Ordered online two items...one was canceled saying it was out of stock yet it was available to buy then had to go through heck with third party bank to get it fixed so I could get a refund. Was happy with the one purchase...just not with the other. Need to update their listing more often
Josh Hertler: Good price good stock in pop's
Jack Kosila: Guys there were very friendly n helpful. Had a lot of cool collectibles, will definitely go back
Raymond Ross: This place is cool. They have lots of comics, memorabilia from childhood.
Paul Drain: By far, the biggest local comic shop I’ve come across in SE Michigan. It’s quite the store, with all types of collectibles. Highly recommend if you’re into that sort of thing
Kathy Talanges: I love it
Fadi Zarka: Cool place for comics!
Bill Burger: Prices here made me laugh out loud, it's seriously cheaper to buy anywhere else online. Why waste the time coming to this store? go on eBay or even Amazon
