Yvonne Stovall: This Boston Market should be closed down. When you walk in there was water all across the area where the food was being displayed. Therefore in order to see the food you was standing in a puddle of water. The Rotisserie chicken was burned & dried out. The wing was so died out you couldn't eat it.There was no lemonade nor tea. Soda was spilled all over the counter. He didn't give us bread nor napkins. As we was leaving the bread has just come out. I said to him you didn't give us bread in our meals. He stated we didn't have none it just came out. He gave us the bread. The bread was over cooked and hard. I decided to go to the washroom. There was a sign on the door that stated we clean the bathroom every hour. The bathroom was a total mess. It was very unclean with tissues paper all over the floor. The toilet and wash bowl looked as if it had not been clean for days. This Boston Market on Livernoise off 7mile need the owner to make a surprise vist. To see how their investment is being taken care.I would frequently vist this Boston Market about 3years ago and they would always have great food, clean and good customer service. I placed an online order, came to pick it up & was informed they don't have any chicken. I asked if he could refund my order & he said he doesn't know how to do that. Long story short they don't have a customer service line, I had to lie & say I wanted to place a catering order to actually speak with a human being. This particular Boston Market should be closed down & send the employees home. They have attitudes & don't want to work anyway. Having a warm body is not the same as having a good employee. Throw the whole building & ghetto staff away.

I asked are they closing early?, and one of the girls said yes cuz there's no one to help out. Are they going to close this permanently or are they going to try to get help? Sociology Nut: I live 3 blocks away from this place, since 1969. My review from my first time here disappeared after a few years appearing. The waffles were flat and tough, we make light, fluffy but crisp on the outside waffles at home. My wife ordered salmon patties, which were dry, but still greasy, and included a long processed hair embedded inside. This was too gross for us to ever return. My wife checks all of our restaurant food carefully, when she finds hair in our food, we never return. We are not paying double the price for food that we can make of superior quality at home, without the free hair, dandruff, and hair products in our food. We have never returned, after 5 years of the traumatic dining experience there. I feel sorry for people that can't read and follow award-winning recipes, and make WAY BETTER food in their own kitchen. We make food 3 times better quality for a quarter of the price of these overpriced restaurants. They say lottery is a tax on stupidity, the inability to follow cooking instructions is another.

Food served cold, order wrong, no customer service, manager not present or trying to accommodate complaints, customers walking out! It was the longest wait for your order and the bill. I was very disappointed and it was a bad experience for my daughters 1st visit. Hire help before your business goes under.

Ronald Haley: Kuzzo's was such a disappointment. We were the first customers of the day. The waitress sat us down and opened with "Let me tell you what we don't have." "No Mac-N-Cheese, No Greens, No Biscuits but we have cornbread. No orange juice or cranberry juice, but we have papaya and pineapple." We ordered something (two #7s)we thought would be quick because we had a full day of appointments. It took over and hour for our order to arrive so we ended up taking it to go. Mind you there was only two other patrons in the restaurant besides us. Our waitress was nice and very apologetic. This was my first time frequenting this establishment. Will definitely not return.
