Dustin Vanderburg: I have tried 3 times to shop here. The first two times were around 3 weeks ago at about 9:30 am both times no one inside and the doors were locked with a padlock. This 3rd time I got there at 2:30 pm. I tried to get in and was told by an employee that they close at 2:30pm despite there being multiple employees in the building. Does this place never open anymore? It is too bad the employees don't want business cause this is the closest one to my work. Carol Smith: Store hours aren’t what’s posted. Won’t answer phone and they don’t follow there company policy on internet orders. You have to keep trying to call or keep going to store to see if your order is in. Customer service is non existent at this store. Not sure why corporate allows this to go on. Why corporate doesn’t follow up on the negative reviews and complaints. The district and regional managers aren’t doing their jobs. So sad in this day and age for the customer service to be so bad, 😠😠😠😠

I took this picture today, Wednesday - 9/28/2022, at 12:32pm. Why is the Dollar Tree on East Jefferson not open at 12:32 in the afternoon???This isn't even the 1st time for this store location not to be open anywhere near on time AND they close and lock the door 30min before posted closing times whether it's posted on online or on the door.Update:I went back there the next day (9/29/22 - 2:15pm) and they were still closed during business hours, but this time they had missed 2 deliveries from UPS. I posted on the official Dollar Tree FB page asking if this location was temporarily closed because they hadn't been open for at least 2 consecutive days with no warning or signs about it and they deleted my post without responding.

I can purchase jalapeno peppers in the can or diced in the jar. Overall I'm satisfied with this store and it's location. The Management and staff are friendly and helpful. T. Grays: This location is one of my favorite Dollar Trees. They’re a larger store and have more items compared to the other location on Jefferson closer to Downtown. The employees are usually helpful and I’ve never had a problem with finding what I needed. My only complaint is that the last 2 or 3 times I’ve been here, the floors by the coolers near the corner were sticky and gross. I guess they were too busy to bother running a quick mop over it. Other than that, this is a pretty decent store.

Michael Robinson: Prices are only 25 cents higher. Quality is over the edge. Shelves stocked. Isles clean. Courteous staff. Parking lot is clean and safe.

I went today just to grab some napkins and noticed that they now have items from $1.25 - $5. Some of the isles are marked "Dollar Tree plus more." It's not worth it anymore to drive the extra distance when I can shop the discount stores near my home.

West Knyle: Im in there a few times a week. My only issues are they dont restock in demand with the volume of customers and the lines can be a bit..clogged due to limited registers open. Like the cashiers are just...off someplace in the back...bccause its hardly ever restocking their most sold items. Besides these two points its a friendly & useful business to the area.
