Michael Cavalli: When it seems like every gun shop in town is run by people who don't seem to care about their customers and often treat them terribly, these guys really stand out. Incredibly friendly, happy to chat, won't run you out of the store if they don't think you'll buy something. I initially went in to get a second opinion quote on my gun and they were honest in telling me my first quote was very good. I came back two days later because I was going to buy a gun online for cheaper but thought I'd at least give them a chance to counter. They did and we came to an agreement on price. Doesn't always work that way but with these guys there is no harm in asking, they are very nice no matter what. They are happy to try and work with you. Never want to go to a different gun store again.
