Visited yesterday and staff was extremely helpful; this Blick is conveniently located and always well-stocked. 5/5 !!

I will start my second year soon and went to learning gizmos. I was so overwhelmed by all the choices but one of the ladies there helped me through all my decisions. She listened to what I wanted and helped me make the best choices. I love how helpful and friendly they are, not to mention the huge selection they have.

Jordan S: Blick is the only art store I shop at in person. I can find the materials I need, and I always experience professional and enthusiastic customer service, which makes me excited to make the hour and a half round trip to come back and see them!

H: While this store has great art supplies, they have the worst staff EVER! The staff will continuously follow you around the store even after you tell then you don't need help. Seriously, I've been going here for years, if I were stealing, I would've done it long before. There also seems to be a religious aspect to this as well, which is surprising since the store is located in Dearborn. However, they do have the best art supplies around, and not all of the staff is annoying, just a selective few. It really has made me stop going to this store and just trying to order online as much as possible.

K R: Love all the locations but the royal oak team is my favorite. Wish there were more open stock options in all the stores for example the pastel pencils are always low and they should carry Holbein open stock like Chicago does. Better organization of fluid mediums, it's kinda hard to find and on really low shelves. But usually I can find what I need.
Apollo Zimmerman: Only place to get real art supplies. And the prices are competitive to what's online.
Fred Birch: Because it was difficult for me to walk, Amina became my eyes and legs. She found everything I wanted quickly and made suggestions when needed. A couple things seemed pricey but the customer service made it well worth it. I found everthing I needed in one stop!
