Answered our questions, knowledgeable of the different mattress types, and gave us space to look around. We told him we wanted to look at other stores to make sure we knew what we wanted and he was very understanding.The other mattress stores nearby were not comparable in pricing, knowledge, or customer service. Needless to say, we came back and made our mattress purchase with Travis. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new mattress.

(I am not confident that I remember both their names correctly, so I wont name them - my sincere apologies to these 2 great men !!). Ethan had explained to me that US Mattress went to having their own in house delivery/set up personnel, rather than contracting out elsewhere. Great move by US Mattress !! The 2 men that I dealt with today were very personable, professional, and an absolute pleasure. The tracking of delivery time provided was spot on and the delivery men called me when they were on their way, gave me a time of arrival, and were there exactly when they said. I wont buy another bed from anywhere else !! Thank you Ethan, delivery, and US Mattress !!

I would recommend him.Unfortunately, I have to edit my review.Delivery was delayed 3 times, so I canceled the order. The manager Ethan said he put the cancelation in the next day. I followed up with him 5 days later and he assured me that I would receive my refund soon. After, 13 business days, I followed up with the store. I was told to call customer service. They could not find my cancelation nor was my mattress attached to the order. Customer service has put in a claim so they can investigate and return my money. It will probably take at least 7 more days before my credit card is reimbursed while I will ecru interest on my credit card.I shopped at Garner White on 8 mile. My mattress arrived less that 24 hours. I will return to GW on 8 mile as I was very happy with my sales person Kevin.
