ryan wright: I had a lot of green lines through my phone and remembered one of their big billboards. I came here and they fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The price was great, it didn’t matter how bad the phone was messed up. They did a great job I would definitely recommend this place. If your electronics are broken come here!

If you are trying to help an older parent or relative make a change, do not send them to this store. The reps in this store are not adept to dealing with an aging customer. Customers of a certain age need everything to be made plain. Any charges need to be explained up front. And do not try to upsell them. This store is strictly for someone who knows how to speak Sprint's language. This may not be relevant for everyone, but their customer service style made for a very frustrating experience for my mom and I.

Since I have previously left a review about a very poor place over at Vision electronics which nobody should go to because they are flat out liars and probably con artists, I feel compelled to leave a positive review here for an electronic repair place that knows what he's doing!After viewing some of the other reviews on here some of these simply seem inaccurate and some if you read them they basically admit fault in their own reviews! Lol. This place is great, they have been helpful a few separate occasions and helped me diagnose my problem with my HTC phone as well and also offered to help me with checking some other stuff out with no sweat off the back. They have fixed my sons switch and currently fixing a complex component in my other sons switch currently and have full faith in his abilities as an electronic repairman. If you have anything electronic needs repair check here first because he is confident and honest.
Teuvide: My dad took his iPad here about 2 months ago. The first day he got it back, the home button felt very strange. It would wiggle and sound weird when you clicked it. Not even a week after getting it back, the home button caused the glass around it to break, because they used an aftermarket screen. Would not recommend due to cheap parts

Wendy Cottone: When my husband mentioned one of the the speakers on my phone had stopped working directly after a recent screen replacement, this person came UNGLUED and began ranting about how he hates working on HTC phones, he should have refused the job, he will never recover his money etc. He refunded the money instead of fixing it and refused to replace the screen on my husbands phone. Maybe he was just having a bad day but very unprofessional and not emotionally equipped to handle himself during stressful situations. Unless I am willing to forever talk on speaker phone and have my conversations overheard, I have to replace my phone. If you have an HTC, don't take it here.

Farhan Z: I won't recommend this authorized 3rd party AT&T store. Firstly they give wrong information over the phone due to lack of attention. Secondly I believe the first reason is the store seems to be significantly understaffed. Here is what happened in my case.I called from 30 mins drive away to see if the store carried purple Otterbox defender series for iPhone 14 Pro. I asked the rep (lady) that answered to please double check and confirm if they had purple color in stocks. She put me on hold and came back and said yes they do and she double checked it. Upon reaching the store found out they didn't have any other color but black like other stores. I asked the rep as she was alone staff working that why did she say on the phone that the store had purple color indeed. Oh I never heard purple, SERIOUSLY!! I made sure you check and confirm unless you simply put down the receiver for couple of seconds and lied that you had it in stock. Definitely won't go to this location.

During my 1st visit there a young associate waited on me and we did not see eye to eye on a question she asked. I believe she became irritated and put me on the back burner for another consumer who came after me. I was irritated by having to waited for them. However, the District Manager "Amanda" noticed my SMALL attitude, made sure I was helped properly, thanked me for my honest feedback, assured me that she would make healthy adjustments regarding her associate and guaranteed good service in the future. It was a very cool experience in the end!
