During my visit I had met some of the sales team and technicians. Simply put they are the best of 4, absolutely. The prices are fair and the selection is average in size. A mix of new and used not a bunch but a good offering for what they have. The number one thing I noticed, their used selection consisted of pianos ready...I've seen some pianos at other stores called great! but had some real issues (not talking out of tune). I felt overall a balance of quality and doing business. If you stop in there on a budget try the Hailun Grands. They are very nice at their price point.

kelly lewis: I bought a piano from the piano place in December 2022, sold by Grant and it was a really good experience however the piano ended up having numerous issues. They sent two technicians to try to resolve the issues and then allowed me to trade it for another one without any problems. I ended upgrading to another piano and I have to say that the new piano is absolutely amazing and I am overjoyed. My experience with the piano place, primarily with Grant because I worked with him the most but also Scott who was so kind and helpful, has been phenomenal. I could not be happier. I have never met someone so passionate and knowledgeable of pianos as Grant. And I know that if I need anything else they will be supportive.

And they were so easy and reasonable to work with in order to bring this lovely instrument into our home.We'll definitely be doing business in the future.By the way it's located in a warehouse-type building but there's a glass door entrance facing the street and a back door entrance facing the parking lot.

They were the only one that immediately came to us despite our short notice. At first had doubts after reading all the reviews here, but we were desperate and if just the bad manners, can just disregard it as long get the job done.So when they arrive, the elder man Paul just said "You gotta move your car forward!" (Which to anyone would sound rude without greetings or introducing themselves first of like "Good morning or how are you" and on the phone he sounded like that too...).After seeing how they worked and interacted with them more, they truly are nice people once you pass the first impression and actually get to know them. They are professional movers, real and rough workers, not professional customer service people that puts on a face and bubbles to make you smile. They are straight up direct people who does a really GREAT job at moving pianos. Also to mention the son, he is really strong and very nice as well with more than 20 years of experience following his father whom had more than 50 years of experience. Aside from just the part of moving piano, they are knowledgeable in the piano brands as well, informed me the piano type and it's origin.Overall I felt compel to write this as to justify of all the "bad manner" reviews. Yes, they are NOT customer service people, but they are VERY experience in professional moving and caring for your piano. So is why I give a 4 stars.PS: When I had lost the little wheel and caster of the piano while caring the legs from inside the house, dropped it somewhere on my front lawn, it was my fault, but they helped searched for it until found it and helped put it back on. They made sure everything was put back together correctly, checking to ensure all was in place before getting paid and leave. My wife and I are very grateful and appreciative for Paul and his son's service. I hope this review will give future readers a second thought and chance for them as they are real people with straight up direct personalities who gets the job done.
