They have a movie selection, too. They also have a homeade popcorn machine with caramel flavors and stuff. It was pretty cool and I will be back.
Elizabeth Stevens: How they're still in business after conning my gray haired dad into a 3DS they couldn't afford to refund baffles me.They upsold my technology illiterate dad a 3DS when I instructed him to get a DS Lite. I already had one, I was trying to get one for the backwards compatibility. But we calmed down when we remembered these guys had a return policy in the window. Which they took down after making a huge stink about the return. Granted, 100$ is 100$ but they were incredibly rude about a policy they came up with, store credit. These vultures also sold me a Pokemon Gold with a dead battery which I didn't pursue because I didn't want the ring around again. We never went back, and I advise you don't send your dad to a place like this. It was their fault in the first place for being old person vultures.

john r: I came here. For a more expensive than new. Used controller for the second time in two years today and what do you know this one has a broken headphone jack. First time it was stick drift. And the guy said he never heard of such a thing next time I’ll just drive the extra two miles to target. If you can’t test the used products you take in you shouldn’t sell them. Also controllers were disgusting on both occasions.

Fat Tail: Game Reaction is a pretty standard fair video game and video game supply store.Unfortunately, this review is low rated because the selection and prices are lacking, especially considering there are alternatives in the area with far greater selections of genuinely retro and early 2000s games, with better prices, and games and equipment which are new or in the original casing/boxes.I went in to get a new Xbox Series controller, and was given a clearly refurbished and/or repackaged Xbox One controller, the compatibility is not a concern, I simply preferred the now current-gen controller. I was told it was original and the price is nearly $70. No original packaging, no cord, no batteries, and no guarantee this wasn't simply an after market product brought to the store and resold as a current gen device. This demonstrated a bit of a lack of knowledge and seemed disingenuous. The prices are too high, even for the sake of this stores remaining competitive, I am surprised they aren't better.You may be able to find certain games, movies and equipment or accessories here quickly and easily, but you can just as easily find cheaper alternatives or even just more competitively priced desired items elsewhere or online.

DAPINFINITY: Excellent service, called ahead on december 21st 2021 and asked them do they fix controllers. They do that and fix/clean the inside of consoles. So I took my dualshock ps4 controller in to get fixed. First time being there also.The right analog kept drifting up, without touching the controller. I tried dissembling the controller myself beforehand, cleaned the inside, turns out soldering had to be involved, so I just took it to the shop.They replace the whole right joystick inside the controller. (Within 2 days)They only charged me $25.While checking out the place they have alot of retro video games, along with new videogames. The staff was cool and have good customer service. Definitely will be back.

Camilo Rios: I'm not kidding when I tell you this but one time I went into this GAME STOP and NO JOKE this random guy landed a REUSABLE ROCKET SHIP and threw an ENTIER COSTCO WHOLESALE BUILDING AT MY CAR. After that I realized the person that threw the Costco at my car wasn't any ordinary person but it was dr.Doofenshmirtz then after that these people from OHIO literally STOLE A WHOLE McDonalds and then this guy who had no hair threw Eight MICHAEL JACKSONS INTO THE STORE and they all went like "HEEEEEHEEEEE" and so after all that I just decided to run away as fast as could but I could you not I saw Perry the platypus in a car drive over to the game stop. After that everything was crazy! Perry the platypus stoped the car came out walked over to dr.doofenshmirtz and WILL SMITH SLAPED HIM ALL THE WAY TO HOME DEPOT WHERE HE GOT BEAT UP BY OLD MEN! Then he Reused the reusable rocket ship and started shooting down the OHIO people who stole the McDonalds. After that he dragged the McDonalds back to ware it was. THEN he grabbed the guy throwing Michael Jacksons and threw him in the now NON-Reusable rocket ship AND BLASTED HIM TO THE MOON! Then all that was left were the now 10 Michael Jacksons so Perry took the car from the people who stole the McDonalds and CRASHED into all ten of them like pins in bowling. And after that they morphed into Earth worms and THEN Perry gave me a sort of kind of not really new car. So the only reason I didn't give a one star is cause the newish car Perry the platypus gave me is 8000% better then my previous one. And don't even get me started on Walmart.

THEY HAVE A HABIT AS WELL WHERE THEY TEND TO ASK PEOPLE TO SIGN UP FOR THEIR MEMBERSHIP, WHICH I HAVE REFUSED MANY TIMES AS WELL, ALSO THEY KEEP ASKING ME FOR A DONATION FOR SOME SORT OF CHARITY WHICH I ALSO REFUSE!!!! Yes. $0.75 each. These are selling in THEIR STORE and on eBay and Amazon for $10-15. What a joke!!!

Daija Ginyard: Has a good selection of Blu-rays but priced higher than the one in Troy. Zero line organization. 4 employees, 3 different lines and employees don’t manage who needs to go where. I was standing in the regular line with Blu-rays yet somebody was selling something in front of me and took FOREVER. Everything is slow. Employee today acted like I was bothering her when I finally got up there. This store has the same customer service issues as the one in Troy. It might be the type of people they hire, nerds with questionable social skills. Just like the one in Troy, no one greets you when you walk in. I need to stop coming to this chain altogether.

They even have some interesting decorative game consoles and old cases that they came in. Great place overall

I took the disc out and had a close look at it and its all scratched. Obviously they didn't check the disc out before putting it in the box before I pay $15,00 for it. The other 4 work great.

Leonard Hren: The scumbag I dealt was a liar. Sent complete info with 12 photos of item and was given a fair market price. Loaded item on borrowed truck when we showed up with item price dropped by 1/3. Scumbag liar said he did not realize age of item. Which was B.S. Photo and info I gave him showed year item was manufactured. It was 15 minutes prior to close on weekend and we were in desperate situation and due to time we were unable to take item to competition and scumbag liar was aware of this. Plus the borrowed truck weakened our bargaining position. ALSO item weighed 700lbs and I did not want to unload and reload item the following Monday. Ended up taking B.S. OFFER. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Gwendolyn Maxey: At first, this place was a good pawn shop to go to. Then, on a most recent visit, my husband and I went in to pawn a tv. Long story short, the guy working there got over on us. When we came to pick it up, somehow, they claimed we never came in with the tv. After much debating and proof that we were there, they sent us home and said they’d look at cameras and give us a call. Call never came in. We gave them a week. We went up there today and now they’re claiming the tv was sold. We never sell items, only pawn. When asked to see the video and proof, they stalled and ended up coming with a paper that claimed we sold the tv but never received any paperwork for it. Why this wasn’t shown prior, I have no idea. (Because they didn’t have it when we first came in) Then they said they were going to work with us and sell us a tv for 180. Nooooo, we pawned a 50 in tv and got 85 for it. Do you think we would have sold a 50 in tv for 85??? Not at all. And How is this working with us? Terrible experience. No matter if you went once or a loyal customer, you could be a victim so beware. And the employees are rude and tasteless. Especially the lady that works there.
