Yolanda Frazier: Everything was great except for my intial contact with the lady that was checking me in at window 11. She was a little short with me for absolutely no reason. This was my 2nd time dealing with her in 2 weeks and both times she seemed to be irrirritated. Some people do not deal well with the public and she is one of them. All of the other agents are very professional and courteous.

Michael Navarre: For a SOS/DMV, the experience was great tbh. The online prompt gives you a document checklist, the reservation/waiting line time was fine, the people were actually really nice and helpful!

Carmie Cuda: I moved to Michigan in May 2022. Showed up with all my appropriate paperwork to get my MI drivers license. The woman attending me told me that the passport information wasn’t working and she’d have to send an email to the state - that I should come back in a month and a half. I came back in July and was told the woman who first attended me in June typed my birthday in wrong and that is why it didn’t work. Because of this error I was not allowed to register to vote for the August 2nd primaries. Worker incompetence and inability to ask for help/find someone who knows what they’re doing at this SoS.

While I was there a customer got a bit obnoxious with a staff member and the supervisor on duty calmly and professionally defused the situation. Great people and service!

I went 3 times in 1 week SERVICE @ this location should GET NO ⭐'s @ all, The Lady @ the door was unprofessional & EXTREMELY RUDE! Visit the East Point 9mile location it was definitely a 5⭐ EXPERIENCE👍👍
