The polish is all discolored and thick, but also was not polished to cuticle even after 3 coats of color.Both nails and toes started to chip the next day. The manicure wasn’t even a full manicure where they soak your fingers and push back/ trim cuticles. For the money definitely not worth it. Also they sent a follow up text asking about service immediately after service… which was too soon to give a proper review. I did this on vacation as a treat. So disappointed and will never ever go back here.

Tisha Lawson: Let me start by sharing that the experience is just want I was looking for (clean, friendly, professional, not too crowded and great prices). It was easy to book online and I even used the chat feature because I was unsure about a few options. I would advise that guests park either in the front for meter parking or use the lot located in the back. Right now the fee is $6.00 for the parking lot fee. The pedicure lasted about an hour and I didn't have to wait long once I checked in. As a first time client. I'm definitely returning.

Kiana Hyche: If I could put negative stars, I definitely would! I showed the nail artist what I wanted for her nails since she’s going on prom. Half of my daughters nails are glitter. But when I noticed the glitter he used was kind of blue, she started being meant an rough with my daughter! SMH! Then the nails are but they shine black in the sun. But they all looked dumb when I said they are using black glitter. But continued to use it. Telling us that he would fix it. At the end of the service, he doesn’t even cure the clear on this hard studs on her nails. They looked meh but all the glitter was just chipping off. This is my second issue with them!!! That’s why I stopped coming a few years ago. Reporting them to the bbb also

Lastly, he checked in with me and asked my permission before doing more, which I appreciated.The salon was honest over the phone about how busy it was that day, so I was able to time it so the wait wasn't long.My only critique is that I wished their price list specifically displayed the cost of upgraded services, such as getting gel instead of regular manicure and pedicure. However, Don told me so I could confirm the price beforehand.

And the way you made my cousin feel today was unacceptable and the situation could have been handle a little differently. I’m so disappointed to hear how she was treated when she came to this business on March18,2023 for services. She was stopped at the door and told they had new chairs and there's a weight limit….and they would not service her. She left the store feeling very hurt and upset by this experience. I don’t know why the business owners thought this was good business or good manners but it speaks volumes to their character and this is not a business I would suggest others support due to their lack of empathy or regard for another person. Remember you don’t know what a person is going thru so BE KIND..it doesn’t cost a thing.

Hana did my nails; she was super meticulous with making my nails perfect without taking a lot of time to do them, and was kind and personable (even though I changed my mind a few times on the details I wanted before she started painting). janae height: I went to this shop on New Year’s Eve 12/31/21 for a full set and a pedicure. Their prices are extremely high I was charged $18 more to get shellac polish on my feet then the very next day I wake up and the polish is coming off which leads me to believe they used regular polish and charged me for shellac. The nail tech didn’t know how to do ombré so I just got black and he managed to mess those up he had to redo them twice I also got rhinestones on two of my nails and they already started coming off a week later. Bottom line this nail shop is outdated! It’s like they stuck in the 90s and early 2000’s from the shop decor all they way down to how they do nails smh And they do trash work.

They have 100’s of colors to choose from, and even a lengthy selection of dip powder, and their nail art is next level. -Even though they don’t do appointments, their sign in system works very well, and I’ve never been turned away after waiting. Even if it’s over an hour past close. The owner once personally did my pedicure before an important trip to Chicago, after close, and told me he appreciated my regular business.Anyway, this place if the best. I once had my feet really really dry and cracked skin Sarahi whom is one of my nail techs not only did she give me advice on how to take care of my feet she showed me what to buy to heal them properly. And on my next visit she remember my problem and ask me how it was going? That made feel like she takes pride in Caring for her clients. The nail was uneven and crooked the shape and color was nothing that I wanted she was unaccommodating when it came to them not having the correct acrylic powder as well as me sending a previous picture to what I wanna prior to my appointment. My friend and I went there and this was our first experience and we will never go back we can tell that they were in a rush they only had an hour slot so they were unable to do a lot of designs or able to do a simple sale which is what I got. As you can see in the picture I posted it was very uneven she also was in so much of a rush that while following my nail she also filed my skin and caused me to believe I was very disappointed in this experience and will never go back I suggest that nobody goes back here and don’t even try it if you do please read the Google reviews which is something that we should have done I hope that these reviews get taken seriously because There are more negative and one star reviews than anything especially with her being unprofessionalism as well as the nail techs rushing. I also hope the owner of the shop is aware that their business is very unprofessional their nail techs need a lot more training and overall just a terrible experience they were also unaware of their own inventory they didn’t know the colors they had nor the glitter my friend ended up having Mitch match glitter because she was in a rush and apparently they were trying to leave at seven to go get chicken😂🤣Then I called to see what they could do about it the lady had an attitude and said I would have to go there get them soaked off in order to get a refund very unprofessional and petty, the most I should have to do is send a picture of what I wanted vs what I got😂🤣The photos below are a comparison of what I wanted versus what I got.Service:Acrylic nails

I went with my friend, It was our first time trying this place out. We took the last slot at 6 pm and nail tech are kinda rude and did not want to do any design we wanted. Mind you we sent over pictures of what we wanted before booking the appointment and they said that they can do the color and design we wanted. When we got there, let me tell you are expectations were to high, the nail tech were talking about who is going to take who. did not know what our designs were. They didn’t have the color on the photo! Clearly disorganized!! The nail tech took time out of my slot and I only had around 30 min until closed and my design was ugly and not what I wanted. She sure was rushing the process. They must have been hungry too because all they can talk about is eating chicken 😂. The girl in the front was with a I don’t care attitude while helping us and munching on some Doritos lol! On top of that the nail tech even started drilling her own acrylic while doing my nails and her acrylic started flying towards my face. Also they didn’t deduct our deposit. We had to call them 3 times to even receive our $20 deposit. Beware of this nail salon. Know who you are booking with because clearly we did not!!!Service:Acrylic nails

WAS a customer for a few years...a few things happened nothings perfect but I give a business that I've built a relationship with 3 strikes before no longer patronizing (probably 2 tries too many) but their issue is they have all these rules (that's great) at least if they followed their own rules... can't be late...(watch a few of the techs come in late having customers waiting at their station, only customers allowed (their kids running all around the shop WITH NO MASK) ETC.... basically cheap ain't always better...rather pay $50 for nails and get $50 service rather than $20 nails and that speaks to the level of service you'll get. Dominique Guin: Went here a few years ago to get my nails done and they did an awesome job so I decided to go back. I’m on my 2 Nd fill in. The first time I got my nails done the nail tech didn’t have a very welcoming attitude. I understand a welcoming attitude is subjective...people have things going on in their lives. She just wasn’t friendly. Maybe I caught her on a bad day...it was her last day of working there come to find out and she was pregnant so maybe her hormones influenced her emotions that day but at the end of the day my nails were just okay. I know everyone has their own way of doing nails but it was just ok.The second lady that did my fill in did AN AMAZING job! I loved them and I wanted her to do my nails again but she was booked so I had to see someone else.The lady that did my nails today didn’t have an attitude....she was polite...and asked me how I was after my last visit bc I developed swelling on one of my fingers from what I believe was from the First Lady that did my nails but anyways she was pleasant. I feel she rushed my nails...some nails were filed crooked. She didn’t use enough acrylic when filling in. They weren’t shaped properly so it’s not the quality of work I was looking for. Btw...all I got was peach acrylic, short, square shaped nails. No designs...just a clear gel top coat.I gave them 3 stars instead of 2 bc they are capable of doing great work...I guess it just depends on who you get, how they feel, and what their strength is. I won’t be back after this appointment. Not worth the distance I drive to come to them...customer service is too iffy and the opportunity cost just don’t add up for me.Service:Manicure

Sticks Jones: I came in and asked for a manicure. A REAL manicure. They were worried more about me getting color than me explaining how I needed an ACTUAL manicure. Im really disappointed. He tried to force only 2 coats, in which caused some of the nails to look lumpy and discolorated. Cuticles are still jacked and unfortunately I was cut on the pinky and another finger. I pointed out the discoloration he prompted as if he was going to do sumthin about it by running the electronic buffer, but nope. Smh. And no hand massage. Like dang im really disappointed. Terrible customer service I was trying to ask questions about nailart and I'd like to get my nails done specifically by the tech I see posting the nice nailart. For some reason they didn't want to tell me who is she was and said anyone can do it.(although I hadn't even told her want I wanted) I repeated myself and again I was told to have a seat anyone could do it. I choose to leave. Most of the time BW don't care about customer service and will continue to spend their money. Not I it's a nailshop on every corner in the hood. I was out of there!!

The older man, removed my polish at the table. He got down on the floor and sprayed alcohol on my feet and wiped my feet off. He then put on the nail polish. Jess: Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this location anymore. They work too fast and by working so fast just to get to the next customer the quality of your nails are going to be horrible. I went here twice and both times my nails popped off within less than a week, color faded as well. And I now have a permanent dent on one of my fingernails due to the nail drill and where he placed the tip of the nail. They work too fast and it hurts. Don't waste your time unless you don't care about your nails and your in a hurry. This place is a definite you get what you pay for.
