They were my cashier last Saturday and were very rude, did not offer to bag my items, and the cherry on top was that they literally crumpled up my receipt and looked me in the eye while doing that. I didn't do anything to provoke them. Not appreciated.

This Lowe's doesn't have price tags on their lumber, or pavers, so you won't know how much you're paying.Then, when they ring up the items, they no longer show item pricing on the display.They want to scam you on pricing, then hide it so you can't see. Based on this, I will never go to another Lowe's for the rest of my life.

Sara A: Update:Lawrence and Charles changed my whole experience, he helped soooo much with the credit card and was able to apply everything to my big purchase in a timely manner, also very professional and friendly!Previous: Offer to apply for a credit card every time I came in and the one day I decided to apply to take advantage of the 20% off, the lady (Wilma) at customer service said she didn’t know how to do that and had me scan a QR code and then I had to wait OVER AN HOUR to get a response with my cart full of stuff. Very upset, I though employees were there to help clients apply for cards?? Then the supervisor was short and not helpful at all… very disappointed!

Kakashi Sensei: Tried to purchase a wheelbarrow this past weekend. Website said they have 13 of them. Come to find out they have 0. And even they are unaware of that. I had to immediately go from the checkout lane to customer service to get a refund on an imaginary wheelbarrow. I was told you pay for it at the register and then they unlock it outside.Anvil 5cu. Poly.Think I will stick to menards and lowes. They need to actually do inventory one of these months.

The items ordered were available to pick at the local store. After 10 days we are still receiving notifications from the store that the items cannot be located. We have already rescheduled our contractors twice!! Will not be ordering from Lowes again

He did spend some quality time in helping find what I needed with a project that I working on at home. I was able to buy the correct materials that I needed to build a gate for my garage at home. It got marked as delivered except the item never came, but I still got charged. Every time I call their customer service they put me on hold and tell me they will look into it and call me back later. It's been 6 months now. Maybe one day one of their customer service employees will actually do any work, wishful thinking

E. E.: OMG, glad to see all the female workers. Way more helpful then men. Also there the only ones that ask you if you need help if you look confused.
Tim Butt: I gave it a 1 star, and that is too high.Customer service is a joke. I had an appointment at their request for pricing a project I'm doing. So they made the appointment. I arrived and waited for 20 to 25 minutes, with no show on their part. People paging people, no-show, so l left then called Customer service at corporate spoke with them, as talking with them the manager from the store was on the line too. So I agreed to go back, and I was instructed to speak with the manager upon my arrival 😆 because I never did speak with the manager. Matt, the gentleman who did assisted me, but too little to late in my opinion. They need, at minimum, a new manager who has some customer service.I consider this a joke.I'm sorry for Matt, and yes, he was helpful.Enough said
