I couldn’t find it and asked another associate where is section is but that one did not know section’s location. This is how terrible training this company provides.Yet another experience when I stopped at the restroom. Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

Very upset, I though employees were there to help clients apply for cards?? Then the supervisor was short and not helpful at all… very disappointed!

Megan Dakhlallah: I shop here all the time but I will not be going back. I bought an iPhone case at this Target that did not fit. I returned it. The cases on the Kate Spade phones slide open and the packaging remains intact so you can put it back probably because people want to make sure the case fits their phone before they buy it. I was in electronics making sure the case would fit my phone with a cart full of items. I was not greeted or acknowledged till the employee in electronics chastised me for making sure the case would fit my phone.On a separate occasion the same employee ignored me and did not help me while I was looking for a fire stick and trying to figure out which HDMI chord to purchase for my television.

I love the new grocery area, the food prices are actually really great. The store is stocked much better than it used to be, which is always a good thing. Its much cleaner, more organized. My only criticism is the general lackadaisical demeanor of the cashiers and customer service desk. It's like they move at the pace of someone who is lounging, like someone who is strolling a cruise ship lido deck after a 7 course meal; the timeliness of someone scrolling social media in their PJs on a Sunday morning. That is the best way I can describe it. I mean, they are almost always moving so slow, meanwhile there's a growing line of people that have places to be, things to do. I'm not referring to aby jind of disability or impairment, I'm talking about all of their movements. Its like watching a YT video at half speed, or less.

Pauly G: I try to avoid if possible. Parking lot always looks like to garbage trucks collided. Made the mistake of getting some delicatessen sliced because prepackaged was bone dry. Interaction was less then pleasant. Self checkout is always speedy, just prefer other locations.

Jason Menzies: I am talking about this store's trading card section, as that is exclusively what I shop for here. In a nutshell: I was very impressed with this store and its selection trading cards - *until they moved them to the electronics section.* I realize that there might have been a problem with the cards being in the toys section. If shoppers were stealing cards, it makes sense to move them to the video game/electronics section and have them locked behind glass, as this would make the cards more difficult to steal. On the other hand, if the move is simply to limit how much people spend, then I don't agree; if the issue is not about theft, it is better for everyone if the cards are in the toy section, because this means higher turnover rates. Higher turnover means more selection for shoppers and bigger profit numbers for the store. Simply moving the cards to limit purchases would therefore be a mistake, as the turnover rate has now gone way down and therefore profits as well. On the other hand, moving cards to protect them from theft makes a ton of sense... Therefore, not knowing which one is the answer, I can only give mixed reviews...

Julie Morso: Ive heard a lot of stories recently about the secret shopper who works for loss prevention, a girl with a face mask and glasses for harassing shoppers. My own personal experience where she followed me even after i called her out (because it was obvious she was following me) , showed her what i had yet she continued to follow me and record me for the entire time i was there, and kept harassing me saying i had to check out immediately. I did not have a large bag or a jacket, or had any intention of shoplifting. She also wanted to search my phone because she thought i “took a photo of her” and its “illegal to record in the store”. This is ridiculous, she is making many people including myself extremely uncomfortable. Ive heard several other stories circulating about her. She is not good at her job, thats for sure!!!!!!!!
Bill Anderson: Handicap carts are ether broken or not charged or holding charge. The shelves in the electronic department are empty. Nestlé water was not in stock. The dog treats for dogs with allergies was empty with prices at 18.88. That was today. And yesterday when i called looking for something in electronics was on holds for 35 minutes. Web cams are never in stock but advertised. Store Number 3115.

She was patient with me and helped and took all my information to make sure that if it's turned in or the till is over that she'd make sure it comes back to me. CBJGazo: This location is where I usually go for household cleaning items and TP because they usually have a good sale on them but for cosmetics, forget it! So many empty spots where cosmetics should be. They never restock! The staff has always been friendly even when I have witnessed a customer destroying a display of paper towels and tp for entertainment. Not one employee would say anything probably for fear of losing their job but thankfully for them I was there and said something for them. This location has no cart corrals unless you want to walk a mile to one at the far end of the lot so carts are left all over the lot.

Got no email like i was told i would so I called on the 10th and 14, guy said it's not there. So I told him that the tracker said its there since the 9th, both times, but on the 14th he went to go actually check and said, oh ya it's here. It's already 6pm mothers day So this ruined mother's day. On the 15th I pick it up, it's damaged in 3 spots pretty badly so I had to now pack it up and bring it back for a refund. Walmart cancelled my order on the 19th( got the email (jan16) that said can pick up ) they said was Walmart fault. Sorry! Then asked me to reorder said item? Heck to the no! Will never come there again

I was looking for a frozen cake as the outside ones were of ambient temperature, so I asked him if they had any more in stock. He immediately went in freezer to find out, took his time and found the one I was looking for. Such customer service is rare to seen. Keep it up.
