After complaining multiple times they finally ask for our information to be put on the waiting list as they should have done since the first time I asked, MONTHS AGO. Been taking my dobe here for 3 years and I've seen the things this lady has delt with and always gave her benefit of doubt. Went to take my new pup there and the attitude is unnecessary. Came out to get my paperwork and when she walked away, she let a big "ugh" out like I was wrong for having a new 8 week old pup. I didn't mind the 45min wait but ut was her attitude the reason I left. Ill never go back or recommend this place.

We couldnt find the owner and ultimately I decided to keep her. Kristen even visited the kitty's previous house to check on her owners but unfortunately there was no one at the house. I appreciate whatever you did for me and Nylaah (my kitty). You are an angel. Thanks again.

Angie is the BEST I don't know what I'd do if he left, He keeps on top of things and KEEPS things running SMOOTHLY. He is a MAJOR ASSET to All About Animals. There are a few more good one's that are still here but aren't in the vet area anymore😞. Dr Coleman is the BEST, He has taken care of my little boy for year's and I VERY MUCH appreciate it. The new girl's can make it difficult sometimes with the lack of knowledge they have but HOPEFULLY as time goes by they will get better.

I had my dog neutered there a few weeks ago and the whole process was extremely easy and smooth. They provided me with all the information I needed after the surgery. I highly recommend them.

Inspired adventures: My XL Bully was hit by a car and I called them for help...they took too long so I put my bleeding dog in my car and took him there and they told me they couldn't take him because they're full. My dog died. I'm disgusted and hurt. They don't get any stars. They didn't even offer medication for his pain that I would have paid for. This happened on July 27,2022. Rest in doggy heaven Bullet

The Detroit Humane Society assisted me, had meet & greet with Boscoe and they had had his health record, age, gave him all his vaccinations and had him neutered; all this included with a very reasonable price. carol randall-olsen: You get what you pay for - however, if I had to do it over again I would have chosen a full service vet to spay my female cat. I had a male & female fixed on the same day here. This is NOT a full service vet!!! Should your pet need any pain medication or antibiotics after surgery you have to take them somewhere else. In my opinion, the pain shot they send them home on, is definitely not adequate for females.

Debra Cruz: My 8mos old kitten, Hunter, smelled a female in heat and his hormones went crazy! He began being aggressive and fighting with our other male cat. I already had an appointment scheduled for him to be neutered but it was a few months away. So, I emailed All About Animals and told them about my situation, and asked them if they could help me. They were able to neuter Hunter a few days later! Even without him having vaccines because I couldn't afford them at the time.The staff was friendly and the whole process went smoothly. He hasn't acted out since.Today I took Hunter to get his vaccines at one of their vaccination clinics and had him microchipped. All of his vaccines and the microchip only cost me $40!I'm so thankful to All About Animals for the low-cost services they offer. Because of them, I'm able to afford to take care of Hunter the way he deserves.

Kala Pino: If you're a breeder, don't go here (or at least don't disclose that you are). They're definitely anti breeder!!! The old staff they used to have was amazing and I never had an issue until I tried bringing my current litter for vaccinations! I came 3 different times, and each time they told me no. Then the staff members with blue/green hair told me to come back the following Monday KNOWING they're closed on Mondays! The 5 way vaccines are safe for 6 weeks and older per all available information that exists (and they wouldn't vaccinate 2 days shy of 8 weeks). Everything they say is a lie and they think it's hilarious!

MsV: I took my Yorkiepoo in for his yearly vaccination and was charged two 20 dollar surcharge for each injection in which he had two. I was surprised when the cashier said 85 dollars. I was disappointed. Also they were trying to charge me for another injection that he already had recently which would’ve add a 25 dollar plus another 20 dollars in surcharges. What is this all because my puppy isn’t neutered I’m being punished. taking advantage of customers. Unhappy.

Amber helped me tremendously along the way.I was a tad upset that I was told to bring my cat in by no later than 7:15 am and then we were told to stand in different line, at 7:20 am, ,Then told to stand in line at back left of room and that was 7:45 am. 4 people cut in front of us and two people standing in line were a tad upset because they had to be at work at by. 8:30 am.You can tell they are overwhelmed and understaffed. I couldn't believe the amount of parents with pets were either picking up and parents dropping off. They are definitely busy here in Warren location.

diana fiorini: wonderful place--just had my 2 cats neutered & everything was done so nicely--vets have been charging a lot of money & all about animals is very reasonable in comparison--only negative is it takes a while to get a neuter appointment--I just found out thatthey do walk ins in their 'wellness clinic'--they are open tuesday & friday 10-6----wednesday & thursday 1-7----saturday 10-3--prices are all very fair--staff are all real nice & they did some extras without charging--we are very pleased......

They made me pay $20 for a cone (e-collar) and they gave no pain medication for my 70lb dog while we picked her up, she was whining so much. I had to call my actual vet for pain medication. They also didn’t give me any aftercare paperwork after. I called the rescue I was fostering for and they stated they will no longer use Comfort’s Place. They handled my dog and case unprofessionally. There should’ve been no cost for me up front, there should’ve been pain medications and definitely an aftercare sheet.

Sandra Walk: WORST animal hospital by far. This place is a scam. The “wellness plan” is definitely a scam to get your money. You pay 52$ monthly for a yearly set of shots that may cost you 100$ at a clinic. When it’s time for you to get any services other than shots it always costs EXTRA. When my dog actually had an emergency they told me I needed to set an appointment for a week out. Do not give this place your business!

Leah Grasl: While I understand that sometimes freak complications can happen during a surgical procedure, the way this practice handled a complication in my pet rabbit which led to death was unforgivable. Such poor communication. They sent him home after a routine neutering procedure joking that he was "snoring," without any warning that this could potentially be a serious breathing complication. Not only are they unable to provide any urgent care, they provide no information in case of emergency of where I could go. A day and a half later after taking hom to 2 other clinics, my pet died of this complication, and they never even sent a card or gave a simple phone call.

Tim Blesi: Brought our cattle dog in due to some limping. The staff was kind and attentive and I felt they went out of their way to ensure that I wasn’t paying for more than I needed to. I instantly have a great deal of trust and respect for this place and I feel very confident in their ability to care for my dog. Happy to have found this place.

Karla Wolfe: I took my completely healthy 8 yr old dog here in November 21 for his vaccines. Within a month he was gone; due to his immune system ‘going haywire’. Harvey was closed the day he was put to sleep. Despite the emergency hospital letting them know, they texted me 2 weeks later asking how he was. It has been almost a year and they never sent a sympathy card. When he got his vaccines I was asked over the phone (covid was still here and I never saw the vet here) about a ‘wellness plan’; I’m still not entirely sure in the details but I am still being charged $58/mth for this. I got a letter today saying I missed my last payment, and if I didn’t pay it within 10 days, they would cancel my ‘wellness plan’. (This comes out of my bank automatically and it was withdrawn) I have never had such an impersonal vet. Go anywhere else if you can.

Emily Dodge: If I could give negative starts I would. DO NOT BRING YOUR EXOTIC PET HERE!!! These people do not know what they’re doing, they just like to waste your time and take your money, especially don’t bring them to be put down, my hedgehog had cancer (found out from a fellow exotic pet friend) the vet didn’t know what was wrong with her because they don’t know what they’re doing. I went to have her put down and signed a form to get her remains back only to find out later that they sent in the wrong form (that I didn’t even sign!) to the crematorium and I will never get her remains back. This left me very distraught I have raised her since the day she was born and her loss hurt me deeply, but it hurts even more now that I won’t ever get her remains back. And they only gave me a partial refund which was upsetting. Everyone here is very unprofessional and I knowledgeable, I recommend finding a different vet.

Leah G: A few days ago my furbaby, Luna, suffered a laceration to her rear right paw and I took her to an emergency vet that charged me $300 just for bandages and antibiotics. They told me stitches would cost around $840 and I didn’t have that much. Unfortunately the bandaging didn’t help much so I found Harvey Animal Hospital and decided to bring her here for better treatment. These guys did an awesome job treating her. She was able to get stitches for her paw and is doing wayyyy better. And all for a much affordable price. I can’t thank the team enough for their help. I will definitely be bringing my baby back here in the future.
