Donovan E: A Detroit landmark. Very polite and fun staff. Historic decor. The owner is often there sharing stories of the past and present. I like this place.
Diversified Associates: Any place that doesn't have a listed phone number has to be a bad choice.
Shamil Khedgikar: Great outdoor seating and gigs on weekends. Limited menu but amazing vibe!
Lisa John: Enjoyed being here on a Friday evening with a live band on show!

Jans Hallmark: Very busy (not sure why) had a 3 man band playing that was ok. Lots and lots and lots of stuff everywhere, which can be cool but was just packed in. Super hard to get service. The kind of place you walk sideways to get around. For being downtown the prices for drinks where on track. If you like a crowd and a bit of music it is fine. Not sure how they clean this place. All ages in there. 21 to 80 which was cool. Had that 70s vibe.
Ron Reed: A Detroit classic with a great b ar and good music. You really need to try the grilled cheese sandwich.
Joe Stierman: Intimate place that brings all sorts of great people together. Just beware how strong the liquor drinks might be.
Cyril Radwin: We had more fun than we ever expected. I love the intimacy it provides. Everyone from the other patrons, the waitstaff and the band, were so friendly and welcoming. This was our first time there, and you can bet on us coming back.
Nick Harding: Hidden gem in the city of Detroit. Relaxed atmosphere, and everyone is welcoming. A must when visiting Detroit, will be back!
William Young: Nice place to chill. Loud, live band of you like that atmosphere, appears they only serve grilled cheese for food but their drinks are banging. I would definitely return on a warmer night.
Jerry Maliszewski: This place is a throwback in time and so cool! I’m happy we had the chance to go!
Rachel C: This place is wild..! The vibe is very old school and authentic. The drinks were a bit expensive, but very boozy. They had live music when we were there on a Saturday night and it wasn’t too loud. I really liked this place. The only food they had was the White Boy Rick Grilled Cheese (lol), but we didn’t eat. I would come back here!
James Santos: One of the coolest spots in Downtown Detroit. Larry and all of the staff are awesome people. They genuinely care about everyone who hangs out there. Drinks are great and super affordable. Really cool vibe.

Denise Smith: This bar has a very relaxed atmosphere. There was a live band area which was nice. I recommend giving it a try.
Chris Meloche: Cute little place. You definitely have to try the grilled cheese.
Shay Miller: Just a very cool place. Had live music that was amazing. Staff is wonderful. Grilled cheese a must. We will be back again and again.
