Paige Perez: We were introduced to the communication and speech services center by my sons speech teacher from school and I can tell you they’ve been great with him . We had the chance to work with two different specialist here and both of the ladies have been outstanding ! When their appointments are over the teacher explains to me what they worked on for the day and they even send items home for us to work on . Thank you guys for the assistance and always being professional! We can see a change in his confidence and in his speech !

Sarah Barnes: Sara did such an incredible job encouraging and engaging my 3-year-old. Sara is thorough, patient, and kind. I was impressed with all the progress my 3yo made with his speech even via zoom sessions. I am grateful for Sara's work and expertise.

LKW: Definitely don't recommend. This place was very disorganized, incompetent, and some of the staff are very mean-spirited without a reason and extremely dishonest. As for the front office staff do nothing more than sit there talking and playing on their phones. Watch the billing as they don't send you a bill on time. They have someone who is identified as the owner doing the billing so no one at the front desk can answer your questions and someone actually told me initially that I couldn't pay my bill there which wasn't true. It literally took months to get a bill despite asking. So much time passes by the time you get one you may forget what services were rendered and the charges won't add up. Not to mention, there is no efficient way to pay unless you're at their office which makes no sense since the person who handles billing doesn't pick up the phone. The last bill invoice was dated back to 4/14 when the biller actually didn't send it to me until May! Should've ran when I had to check the "owner" when she once accused us of a no-call no show which wasn't true because their incompetent office staff didn't notate that I'd called with adequate notification the day before to cancel because of a family emergency/winter storm. They also didn't have the courtesy to notify me following this incident that the office would be closed due to an ice storm which had I not called I would've never known the appointment was cancelled and I don't live close. I asked two so-called managers to discharge my son on two separate occasions when on my last straw I experienced some really off behavior from his speech therapist for which they did not send me a letter as promised. They're not doing anything but sitting around so why it has taken well over a month or more doesn't add up. Hope others have a much better experience but be warned. Do yourself a favor and consider comparing and finding a better facility especially if you're a person of color. Definitely going to file a quality of care complaint with my insurance so this place is tracked. These type of places shouldn't be credentialed.

Sara Dakroub: Halpin & Associates has been the best thing I have ever found for my child. He was having difficulty with stuttering and Miss Monica has been an amazing therapist! We started seeing results within a few short weeks. I was worried he wouldn’t like going at first or have a hard time coping but he looks forward to his appointments and is sooo excited to go! They do a great job at making it such a warm and welcoming learning environment. Amazing team & place I highly recommend!
