Val M: Compact store with a good variety of teams with better prices than the ballpark. Some signed memorabilia as well. They were selling jerseys for the opposing team when I visited, which I thought was great for tourists (like me 😊)

Thengine: Called to speak about new skis. Was put on perpetual hold twice, and on my third call the lady said that I should look at the website or drive in instead of asking her questions over the phone. Go to another store that cares about its customers.

Judith Leppek: They do have a lot of quality items to purchase. I called the store before I went to make sure they had what I was looking for and the staff were very accommodating.

Reverse Isolation Forge: Came up from Northern Ohio to see the Wings play the Jets on the 10th of January. I had purchased a hoodie for over 150.00 USD. The hanger said it was an extra large, however when I got home the tag said it was a medium. Obviously it was a simple mistake and under normal circumstances it would be easily exchangeable if this were your local clothing store. Tried to contact the store a few days later and they did not answer so I left a message. In another review someone said you could only get in by ticket. Watched the prices on tickets to a Piston’s game and when they were at their lowest price for some seats up in the nosebleeds, purchased the tickets and headed back up to Detroit on January 14th. Arrived at Little Caesars arena with 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter of the pistons game. Rushed over to the store in fear that they might close earlier than anticipated due to another persons review. The store had Pistons merchandise up as expected for a Pistons game but I needed to exchange a Red Wings hoodie. Asked the employees at the register what I could do and I was directed to a fantastic employee who went in back found the right size and exchanged it for me. I proceeded to ask, just for future reference, if there was any other way into the store outside of by ticket admissions only. She did state that unfortunately that is the only way in. The next morning the 15th of January I received a phone call from the team store while I had already dealt with the exchange, they were still understanding and respectful and they called back. Some reviews are saying they don’t call back, and perhaps not immediately but, give them a chance. Overall, the customer service and experience was excellent. They get five stars especially because it was my mistake and they did everything they could to make it possible to correct it. My only complaint is that there’s no exterior entrance to the store for non ticket holders. Thank for the experience and making it possible Little Caesars Arena. Go Red Wings! Go Detroit!
