Kept it on dim during the evening if we had to get up in the middle of the night. Used it for two evenings, and it still has 4 bars of energy! Oh yeahhhh! A keeper!

James Washington: 5/15/23 went to purchase a firearm I even supplied my CPL because I have ran into situations myself with very unpleasant clerks. There system denied my purchase even after my background was cleared. The clerk told me I answered a question wrong. I was told I answered yes to purchasing a weapon for someone else and I knew it either wasn’t true or the tablet system has bugs. I respectfully left the store feeling somewhat uncomfortable and redlined from my constitutional rights. Never returning again.

At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!

D Coach Carter: A good spot for stringing and racquet needs. Mr. Banks has been known for years as a talent. I probably would not be playing if it wasn't for him.

Nick: Terrible customer service. I want to support local businesses so I specifically went out of my way to drive over there to buy shoes that I could have easily bought online. They didn't have my shoe size so I asked if it was possible to order them even though they'd be a bit more expensive. He said yes and would contact me to let me know when they'd be available. A week went by and I heard nothing so I called and he said he ordered them. I asked if they have tracking numbers and he said he'd give them to me. Another few days go by and he insists he ordered them but it was obvious he was lying. I never heard from him again. This kind of bad service is why people are opting for Amazon. I encourage you not to shop at a place where an owner lies and wastes your time.

Leor Barak: I am so glad my friend told me about this place. The owner Michael is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their prices are reasonable, and as far as I know, it is the only tennis shop in the city of Detroit. They have it all here! They redo the grips, they restring the rackets, they sell new rackets and older rackets, and they have all types of accessories for tennis, racquetball, pickle ball, and more.

A Sasaki: The owner is awesome. I broke two strings that day and he strung them right away even if the store was about to close. It took him 20 mins each racquet and for $20 each, which is reasonable. He was very nice to talk to, I would definitely recommend going to him!

Stephen Caren: RUNDetroit is a wonderful store that has incredibly helpful employees who are not only very knowledgeable, but care more about getting you the right fit for your shoes than selling you a more expensive product. They also hold group runs and separate running events which allow you to meet other runners and get in your long run with others. Additionally, there's a loyalty program which lets you earn points towards a $25 off reward. I highly recommend coming here if you're trying to get into running or if you want to check out new gear, clothes, or nutrition.

Marie: Terrible service. First time in there and I needed a stocking stitched, they said it would take over 2 months which I was fine with. I was being very nice and friendly despite how rude the man who was “helping me” was. I asked to change something before I walked out and the man was clearly annoyed slammed the box back down and was so rude I was left speechless. I should have right then and there took my business elsewhere. I gave him the benefit of the doubt, maybe he was having a bad day. Fast forward 2 months later and when I picked up my stocking, the name was clearly off center and looked nothing like I had asked for. I made it clear I wanted large letters and I got tiny and off center. For people that stitch for a living my mind was blown. I got the same rude man again and when asked for a refund was not given an apology or anything of the sort. Just super rude. Such unprofessional behavior. I can’t believe I waited 2 months and got such a terrible result. I’m not a picky person and this is my first ever BAD review. I just want to warn anyone to avoid this place because you will walk out having a way worse day then when you walked in.
