Zachary Bruner: The customer service here is very poor. None of the associates were wearing masks and they didn't require the customers to wear masks either. The associates also carried on loud personal conversations while using profane and vulgar language. I've been to this location many times. Although the some of the associates are friendly, they lack professionalism. Some customer service training could help get these individuals in line with the standards that Citi Trends have set within their corporation.

Dinia Nobles: I when to Citi Trends looking for shoes for my 2 three year old grandsons. When I walked into the shoe department, I knew I had waited to late to come shopping. Most of the shelves were barely empty. I guess a lot of people hit the store up, when they got their tax refund. It's not surprising, since Citi Trends always have a very nice selection of shoes at a Great price! However, I did find them one pair each. After I purchased the shoes, I went to another Citi Trends location. I didn't find my grandsons any shoes; but I did find them a lot of clothing items on sale. Some items were marked down for a dollar.

Maria: It's only getting 2 Stars because of their low prices. Everything else is a.... Run far, far away. The staff was inattentive, they didn't have what I was looking for (no fault of theirs), and stuff was everywhere (I hate mess and clutter). It's in the hood so I wouldn't expect any different, just want. Maybe if it was less messy and the staff seemed a little bit of interested, I'll consider going back, but until then, I'll stick to other stores.

Quintin Neal: I have been shopping at the highland park location since 2016,suites my needs for casual attire and footwear when they have my size (which isn't often)but over time the quality of their customer has decreased substantially, I never know what time they're going to open each business day, I live in SW Detroit now since 2019 and when in Highland park (mornings)and it would be nice if they would open on time that's posted on the door and website,employees should focus more on their work than talking on their phones.
