Geek C.: We went here sort of last minute to find a Mother of the groom dress. While there wasn't much in the store, Missy who works there, went above and beyond to find my mom a dress. She had books, she took my moms info and was even texted her to find a dress to fit her style. You don't get that kind of customer service at many places anymore. We will be back!

Ganj Beebani: This is a one of a kind boutique in Midtown with a window display that is both interesting and regularly changing. While I've never made a purchase there (primarily because I'm a guy, but also because my female companions found the place a bit on the pricey end), the person working there was always incredibly friendly to the point of recommending local attractions and activities to do in the area. The clothing items they carry range from chic to casual.The place stands out since it's the only clothing store in the area, and it's always a treat walking by and seeing what new and creative displays they have in the window front.

Alysia Massey: Pulled up at 5:10pm tonight 1/8/23, and the doors were locked/closed. hours listed are 6pm close Sundays. Guess you just let employees determine shop hours and negate potential sales revenue. Shaking my head- what's bad is I wasn't surprised.

Starpointe Photography: This is one of the newer stores located in the strip mall on the Southeast corner of 8 mile and Woodward. I was in the store for about 13min and at no point did either of the 2 employees say a word to me. The store isn't that big , so I'm sure they saw me. One half of the store is for plus which cool but it's hard to shop comfortably. Racks are over packed and too close together.

She picked out a few cute things for me. The only thing that I suggest of all Rainbow and clothing stores is to carry more L and XL. Apparently those sizes are the most popular. And they wonder why their racks are still filled with smalls and mediums. This is not the 70s we have meat on our bones now and curves. I very humbly ask all the stores to get with the times or they will disappear

Carly Ouellet: I don’t usually leave reviews, the clothes are cute, but I really wish they would change the return/exchange policy. I realized that I needed something I purchased in a bigger size. I wasn’t able to get back to their store until about 3 weeks after purchasing bc they close at 6 and I usually get home from work after that time. They didn’t let me exchange it for a bigger size or get store credit. The associate said this was because styles “come and go” from the shop so fast they don’t accept anything back after 14 days. To be fair it says this on the receipt. Except the exact dress I bought was still on the rack and I really just needed one size up. Unfortunate, bc the dress was really cute, but I won’t ever be able to wear it in public. I’m leaving a review, bc in addition, I just felt really uncomfortable in that store and after reading other reviews, I see I’m not alone. A little self-awareness from the owner and manager would go a long way.

Ayah Kesrawani: Honestly don’t come here, clothes are cute even though not size inclusive, but only left with a terrible mood after. Came in with my friends and the younger sales associate who we saw at first was very kind and helpful. Shared some genuine interest in helping and selling us clothes. There was 3 of us and only two fitting rooms but we didn’t mind waiting since we all wanted to try on clothes and see eachother in the outfits. One room was available for one of us, but the other 2 had to wait patiently for a room to try on clothes too. After it opened one of the two went in and began changing. One friend was waiting outside and seeing our outfits as we tried them on. While this is happening an older woman possibly owner or manager came and interrupted us to ask if we could all share one dressing room because other people in the store wanted to try on clothes. Mind you there was only one other person in store who they seemed to be friends with. After we politely declined as we waited, and others are capable of waiting she continues to hang around the dressing room and watch us, making us feel unwelcomed and rushed. Based on the other reviews I don’t doubt it wasn’t racially motivated, because we are very visually Arab girls. They seem like they only want to help white costumers. The two friends ended up cramming in the smallest dressing room and she continued to follow us as we were putting stuff away as well as approaching the register.I’m sure this will receive a condescending, unapologetic response with no accountability taken I just want to spare anyone from feeling terrible after shopping. The younger associate was genuinely so kind but the old woman was too disrespectful to ever come back. Save your money, time, and mood.
Janis MacDonald: The return policy is ridiculous. I started shopping early for Xmas (beg of Nov). I only wanted store credit, as I had purchased the wrong sizes. They would not honor the return (past 14 days). I will not be purchasing anything in the future.

Ali Magyaros: Bird Bee has been my go to for years. The atmosphere of the store is immaculate, the staff are amazing and the selection of pieces are curated and incredible. Taylor, the owner, is extremely talented in picking out all the items for the store. I love everything BB stands for and I highly recommend to follow them on social media so you can see all the new items they get in! It’s so helpful, especially now that I don’t live in Detroit anymore. Also- they have the QUICKEST shipping ever. Everything I buy gets to my house within just a few days. There is truly something for everyone here and I can’t recommend it enough!
April Jones: I was at the store recently this past Sunday with my daughter to exchange a jacket that she purchased the day before. We walked in the store and was not greeted but several people were greeted after us. My daughter was looking around trying to find another item, when an associate asked her was she doing an exchange and took her bag after my daughter told her yes. Not once did the associate say hello. Another customer comes in the store browser with a bag in her hand to do an exchange but no one approached her to ask for her bag. Plus the same customer did an exchange for her money back of an item she purchased the day before as well. My daughter was told that she couldn’t get her money back only exchange. There are several issues here, that didn’t sit well with me. I will never go into this store again. My daughter and I were definitely racially profiled.

Seriously though, couldn't find it anywhere - except here! - and sellers on Poshmark were charging $500 (it retails for $120). Thank you guys so much for shipping it out immediately after I placed the order so that it got here in only two days; I absolutely love it!I can't believe some of the reviews on here... giving one or two stars because the store was closed when the person went, or they "weren't greeted with a hello." Retail is very busy at times and no one intentionally ignores customers, how is that conducive to sales/profit? People need to stop behaving so childishly and having such odd demands. If I go into a store and I'm not greeted, I assume the salesperson/people are busy with something else - not that they just "hate me" and don't want my business. So many of you need to relax!Sorry, it had to be said! Thanks again for the super speedy shipping and great quality item in perfect condition. :)

I’m not sure if the man there was security or what but my purse was open after I took my wallet out of it in order for me to pay for my purchase. The rude man walks by looks I’m my purse as if it was his I was so angry. I could not understand why he was so concerned about my purse being open as if something was stolen. This was the most unprofessional experience that I had for no reason. The store was empty and I see why if people feel the way I felt I would be patronizing Simply Casual either.
