oatmealbrownie09: The clothes are beautiful. Although this store services children, they do not allow them to use the bathroom. Both times I went, my son had to use it and was denied. The dressing rooms are closed but you can try clothes on over your clothes in front everyone. This is inconvenient. Especially since their return policy is only 15 days.
k white: I had to at least give a star to post! Left out in tears, angry, hurt and embarrassed. I am legally total and permanent disabled due to service in a war era. REALLY? It's devastating and hard enough to accept that I am a disabled war VETERAN, after defending my country. Devastated after being denied access to shop b/c of medical service aide needed 24/7 to do tasks and for safety. Their solution..I was shewed away like I was a disease. They used no discretion either! RECOMMENDATION: IF you have ANY disabilities and have to have special aides with you to assist you at all times, this is NOT the store...unless you have no problem with YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS LAW VIOLATED!

La Trice R Herring: I've always loved this place for children clothing. Suits for young men, beautiful dresses for young ladies and babies. Wide variety of school uniforms, except the more intricate/ specific striped patterns. They also carry the socks, ties and other accessories, to include hair bows. Also had some shoes. Very unique outfits. A little pricey. Leytons is inside as well.
Bianca Williams: Poor customer service. I just visited on 4/11/22 for an Easter Dress for my daughter. It was a mess! The line had over an hour wait and all of the staff members were rude. They had two sides for check out but only had one open. The staff members consistently complained on how they was ready to go and their attitudes showed it. I asked one lady for help with some sunglasses that were locked in a case and she said ok then walked away and never came back! If I didn’t really need the Easter Dress I would’ve left.when I got home I discovered one of my items wasn’t placed in my bag, I went back and spoke to a manager that was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to buy it again after standing in yet another long line. Never shopping here again!

John Dunn: I am from Cincinnati seen this place just driving by decided to stop in and why!!! Did I do it to myself lol their kids clothes were great high quality urban clothing and the prices! I got 5 shirts for my 2 year old nephew, a swest suit, and Jeans got my 2 year old daughter a sweat suit 2 shirts and a blue Jean jacket and my 8 year old son a t shirt and an outfit all for under $200!!! I will be back before I hit the road home!

Louise Wright: During the lock down in Michigan, I was unable to get my layaway out at this store and I was sick! I just came to retrieve money that was owed to me or to shop for more items. They said ( the cashiers) they where doing curbside orders and expected me to pay on my layaway during the pandemic. Ok! they said they texted everyone. No I did not receive a text. I feel the FKO should have given people credits on their accounts, instead of taking advantage of their customers during this hard time. I have been shopping at this location for over 4 years. I will never shop with them agin. I would like everyone to know how they treat their customers who keep their store open and running.

Dinia Nobles: I when to Citi Trends looking for shoes for my 2 three year old grandsons. When I walked into the shoe department, I knew I had waited to late to come shopping. Most of the shelves were barely empty. I guess a lot of people hit the store up, when they got their tax refund. It's not surprising, since Citi Trends always have a very nice selection of shoes at a Great price! However, I did find them one pair each. After I purchased the shoes, I went to another Citi Trends location. I didn't find my grandsons any shoes; but I did find them a lot of clothing items on sale. Some items were marked down for a dollar.

Torrey McLeay: We went to pick up an order with the curbside pickup option. While finishing up the process the associates in the store shut the lights off. My mom ran to the door to just explain we wanted a package already paid for. The one associate looked at her watch and then just looked away and started talking to the other employee. They both grabbed their stuff and came out of the store. We explained again that we just needed an order already paid for and that we were just finishing up the curbside pickup process. But they couldn’t possibly just go grab the order I guess and not to mention they were rude. The awful woman who looked at her watch wouldn’t give us her name, but the other was Lynn. We won’t be back.

After looking at the box there was a massive hole that was simply taped over and placed on the sales floor. Unacceptable. You ruined a 3 year old Christmas.

I'm used to shopping at Children's Orchard, where the second hand prices match the gently used items. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

Toya Craig: First, I would like to say the store is very clean and you can find all sizes I do understand that there is a return policy, and we all have rules to follow, but I do think some of the management needs to learn how to treat customers and not just be biased to one race and I hate to use the word race because we are living in a different time but I guess not. I had a bad experience about two weeks ago and yes this is 2023 and this is the month of April and I had it in the month of April with a manager very rude very disrespectful treated me as if I was coming in as a thief came in with a receipt and I like I said I do understand there is a return policy had a very very bad experience with them . I think sometimes we need to be reminded of why we got the position and sometimes we need to go back to the basics, which is how to treat people and I know that some days we have good days and bad days, but never should’ve been taken out on a customer , now other staff members were very very very great. I will not discredit everybody but the management steel needs to be in pool not all of them, but some of them do need to be important, and being reminded of why they got promoted into that position.
