oatmealbrownie09: The clothes are beautiful. Although this store services children, they do not allow them to use the bathroom. Both times I went, my son had to use it and was denied. The dressing rooms are closed but you can try clothes on over your clothes in front everyone. This is inconvenient. Especially since their return policy is only 15 days.
k white: I had to at least give a star to post! Left out in tears, angry, hurt and embarrassed. I am legally total and permanent disabled due to service in a war era. REALLY? It's devastating and hard enough to accept that I am a disabled war VETERAN, after defending my country. Devastated after being denied access to shop b/c of medical service aide needed 24/7 to do tasks and for safety. Their solution..I was shewed away like I was a disease. They used no discretion either! RECOMMENDATION: IF you have ANY disabilities and have to have special aides with you to assist you at all times, this is NOT the store...unless you have no problem with YOUR CIVIL RIGHTS LAW VIOLATED!

La Trice R Herring: I've always loved this place for children clothing. Suits for young men, beautiful dresses for young ladies and babies. Wide variety of school uniforms, except the more intricate/ specific striped patterns. They also carry the socks, ties and other accessories, to include hair bows. Also had some shoes. Very unique outfits. A little pricey. Leytons is inside as well.
Bianca Williams: Poor customer service. I just visited on 4/11/22 for an Easter Dress for my daughter. It was a mess! The line had over an hour wait and all of the staff members were rude. They had two sides for check out but only had one open. The staff members consistently complained on how they was ready to go and their attitudes showed it. I asked one lady for help with some sunglasses that were locked in a case and she said ok then walked away and never came back! If I didn’t really need the Easter Dress I would’ve left.when I got home I discovered one of my items wasn’t placed in my bag, I went back and spoke to a manager that was extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to buy it again after standing in yet another long line. Never shopping here again!

John Dunn: I am from Cincinnati seen this place just driving by decided to stop in and why!!! Did I do it to myself lol their kids clothes were great high quality urban clothing and the prices! I got 5 shirts for my 2 year old nephew, a swest suit, and Jeans got my 2 year old daughter a sweat suit 2 shirts and a blue Jean jacket and my 8 year old son a t shirt and an outfit all for under $200!!! I will be back before I hit the road home!

Louise Wright: During the lock down in Michigan, I was unable to get my layaway out at this store and I was sick! I just came to retrieve money that was owed to me or to shop for more items. They said ( the cashiers) they where doing curbside orders and expected me to pay on my layaway during the pandemic. Ok! they said they texted everyone. No I did not receive a text. I feel the FKO should have given people credits on their accounts, instead of taking advantage of their customers during this hard time. I have been shopping at this location for over 4 years. I will never shop with them agin. I would like everyone to know how they treat their customers who keep their store open and running.

jennyperdue24: One of the managers Christina, was very kind and welcoming during my visit. Also, while at the store, I had to do an instore return for my online purchase, which I had a lot items I was returning. There was an mix up in my return, some of the items did not get scanned and I did not realize this until I got home to look over my return receipt. I called the store and spoke with Christina, who was kind over the phone discussing this matter, stated for me to come back and she would fix it. I returned to the store and Christina fixed everything without any hassle or attitude given. If this store location keeps people with this same attitude of kindness and willingness to help, I will always return to shop here!
J P: The young lady working today was all by herself and she was very kind and helpful. The store was very busy on a Thursday at noon, so I’d hope they’d get her some more help! The place is messy, but she can’t ring people up and stock/clean.
Amanda Corwin: I'd give better reviews but EVERYTHING I've purchased has ripped within a wk or so of wearing it and they shrink crazy when u wash so make sure to order large if you enjoy clothes that easily rips. They don't allow refunds or returns after wearing or washing so I'm stuck just keep buying school clothes for my kids. It's a shame that even Walmart is better quality then this place 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️The people at the store weren't bad or rude or anything but this store is usually low or no stock on smaller sized 4-5t and you must order online in order to get these sizes.

Clothes everywhere, piled so high on the counter and clothes all over the floor. Very disappointed. Customer service was absolutely horrible as well. Nobody once asked me if they could help.
