We can seat 12 people! It’s incredibly beautiful, and to say it’s built to last is an understatement. It will last forever. The table is both a conversation piece and practical important part of our home. We’re proud to have it.

Placed a disputed charge with the CC company. Also called the "Fisher Building" where their website says they are located. Informed that they moved out over a year ago. Also, you have to give at least one star to post....I would give a negative if possible. Buyer beware!!! Look up the building and call for yourself!!!!

Just another Mopar build: Worst experience ever with this establishment. Paid $1000 for a Bed set and a $75 delivery fee for it to be thrown on my porch. June Foster: I am having a awful experience with Romeo and Juliet. First of all I’ve waited 3 months for furniture to come is not in yet. Secondly, they wanna charge a extra hundred and not acknowledge my wait. The owner would not even waive the extra for my wait. The manager lady was very nice tho she can only do what she is told to do to save her own job but it’s ridiculous and I am a very unhappy customer. I paid the set off rather quickly and I’ve never given them any issues with any purchases. Smh. I Do understand what’s going on with covic and being at the mercy of the delivery company but you cane give any compensation at all????

LAjoyclynn Powell: Would give them a zero if i could. They are unprofessional. Granted my mom put a bedroom set in the layway. When she went to pay it off they did not have the night stand to go with it. They told her she could get what they have and come back for the night stand when it cones in. She told them no.she'll keep making payments until it come in. That was in August. Since august she has been in that store at least 7 or 8 times. She went in Thursday 11/05 and made a payment. Ask the lady if her complete set was in the lady said yes. She told the lady she will be back Saturday to make the final payment and set a delivery date. So we get there today. About to make the final payment. They tell her the set she had in layway have been on back order since 9/16. The only thing they can do for her is give her a store credit. I said no. She want her money back. I told them you all knew that for almost 2 months. You all has her paying money on something you knew you could not produce. Once they saw it was discontinued as another worker told us. They should have told her before she continued to make payments or even picked up the phone to call her. So she asked them to just sell her the bed and the dresser without the stand.they could not produce that. One worker told me they sold it when people got "their trump bucks and unemployment money". So never mind somebody put their money on that set we gonna sale it. At the end of the day nobody apologize for the inconvenience. She ended up picking out another set that cost more. They didnt even offer her a discount or try to make it right. Now to the delivery and set up issue. They can bring the furniture to the house and leave it on the porch . which is stupid you suppose to bring it in the house. Never would i allow anyone i know to send their money there. Oh i talked to the owner he going to ask me"why i feel they was unprofessional?" I told him. Never once did he offer to make it right. He just didnt care

Now a third party collection agency is suing her for it again . They have sent it to different agencies now 4 times trying to sue her. SHE NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT!! It is horrible how they do senior citizens. Her name is Jacqueline Byrd. You now have her name please advise what you are doing to resolve this matter?Here we are at 9/21/20 and still no response in regards to my complaint. Proving that you are not honorable and that you stole.the money from the leasing company and never delivered the product.

They were able to order the bed I really want, in the color I want, the size I want with the mattress I fell in love with at the beginning. They even took a step further to disfigure their show room to show how high my bed would sit adding a low profile frame. Which was something else I wanted. Needed height for my back problems. With all of that, it was just a few bucks more than my first quote. I’m beyond happy. I can’t wait to receive my bed.

molly betts: Right before the pandemic I purchased furniture from this store based on reviews. I always travel back to Alabama for the winter months. Unfortunately, I got stuck in Alabama for a year and a half because of the Virus. Once I arrived back to Detroit I began noticing damage to my dinner table and sofa. When the furniture was delivered, I immediately left for Alabama. There is a split in the top of the table. Behind the middle pillow on the sofa, the zipper is broken therefore the cushion is hanging out. Before you spend your hard earned money here , make sure you do a thorough inspection. There’s no way that they didn’t know about the torn zipper and cushion hanging out in back of sofa. And the split keeps getting bigger and bigger.

He gave his honest opinion (with humor) even when we didn't necessarily agree. He assisted with style, furniture selection and design. Thank goodness we took his advice! He saved us from making not only some very costly errors, but mistakes in design. When the store had to close, due to the Pandemic, Bridgette went above and beyond. She stayed up to the wee hours searching for fabric, rugs and bedroom furniture. The store is very much like an art gallery, and the staff are honest, experienced, helpful and patient. I’ve gotten everything from vintage 1950s golf prints, to reclaimed original Pewabic tiles, to old-world framed paintings. My son loves to look through their store and the staff is incredibly patient with his busy-ness and curiosity, always handing out stickers and asking if we need help! I’d highly recommend following them on Instagram (same name) to stay up-to-date on all their happenings and see an intimate look into their salvage, building, and creative process. If you’re a homeowner, or even just renting, I can’t recommend checking out this place enough. Hoping I can commission this team in the future to do an island for our kitchen!

I had specifically asked if the fumigation policy since bed bugs is a thing, the said they take care of that before any shipping or picking up. Lie.
