I went looking for a large/tall heavyweight hoodie and they didn’t have any. Better to just order what you want online

Ron Reed: Bonobos is a great clothing store for well-made casual and business casual clothing. It is in the increasingly highend shopping area of downtown Woodward.It is near Lulu Lemon, H&M, Shinola, Greyson Clothiers, and around the corner from Gucci Detroit.
John Sullivan: The only thing better than the clothes is the staff. Courtney, Nieisha, and Kendall are amazing. We went to get outfits for my wedding and we are beyond thrilled with what Courtney put together for us. I don't write reviews but the team at Bonobos was so helpful and fun.
Ryan Smith: I noticed that a number of my pants were starting to shrink. I contacted customer service and sent pictures detailing the issues. Replacements were sent immediately. Good pants, even better customer service.
David Mudie: Super disappointed in the whole Bonobos experience. This doesn't really have to do with the Detroit store (they were super friendly), but the company in general. There is ZERO consistency in sizing. Sizing is incredibly important if you have a store where customers try things on then have to order online. I bought 2 pairs of the same exact cut jeans in different washes and when I received them, one pair was 2 inches shorter than the other. In truth, both pairs seemed shorter than what I tried on in store. I sent the shorter pair back and ordered a second pair in the same wash, thinking "okay, there will hopefully be consistency with the same exact wash." Nope, I received the replacement pair today, and they are 1.5 inches LONGER than the first pair. Same exact size, cut wash. The replacement seems closer to what I tried on in store. But I don't feel like trying to replace the shorter ones (who knows what I would get). YMMV but my experience with Bonobos means I won't go back. It's too bad because the product seems well made. There's just no QC. Just keep in mind that if you order pants, even if they fit in store, the ones they send you will be plus/minus 2 inches.
Adam Mutsulavish: I went in to try on some fits for a trip I am taking and was really disappointed with the store and the service. There were boxes open everywhere with dirty floors. I tried on some samples for fit and they were all soiled and frayed. The sales people were dressed in sloppy casual clothes that weren’t on brand. I was willing to order some things, but after two people struggled to enter my email into an iPad, I had had enough.

Staff is always friendly and store is always organized.Bonobos as a brand... it's impossible to not find SOMETHING that you like and that fits you perfectly. They're known for their pants/chinos, but I love their button downs and outerwear.
