Robin Tuner: Went today Friday June 2nd myself and a friend l had to go get a shopping cart for us in parking lot ridiculous and store is just sjys just so nasty filthy outside and in some areas just nasty shopping cart in the parking lot nobody went to get none at all seniors have problems sometimes getting around plus they have to go get a shopping cart too what is the manager doing 🤷this shouldn't be going on at all some other Walmart are cleaner nicer what is going here why is this store so nasty and shopping carts everywhere except we're they are suppose to be and some people with kids need to stop letting there children steal not good at all thoses adults that are messing around in the children department look stop stealing why don't you work for Walmart get a job Walmart can higher you to go get those shopping cart outside clean up this place please clean it up

I couldn’t find it and asked another associate where is section is but that one did not know section’s location. This is how terrible training this company provides.Yet another experience when I stopped at the restroom. Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

Pauly G: I try to avoid if possible. Parking lot always looks like to garbage trucks collided. Made the mistake of getting some delicatessen sliced because prepackaged was bone dry. Interaction was less then pleasant. Self checkout is always speedy, just prefer other locations.

Bryan duff: Terrible theft prevention, literally turned around for 25 seconds and my bag was stolen, security was laughably underauthorized to handle the situation, and management unwilling to allow any checking of security cameras without a police report, theft prevention....literally told me nothing will happen and then refused to assist past wasting manpower having employees scower the store for a person who obviously likely grabbed and ditched. Get your ship in order wal mart

Got no email like i was told i would so I called on the 10th and 14, guy said it's not there. So I told him that the tracker said its there since the 9th, both times, but on the 14th he went to go actually check and said, oh ya it's here. It's already 6pm mothers day So this ruined mother's day. On the 15th I pick it up, it's damaged in 3 spots pretty badly so I had to now pack it up and bring it back for a refund. I still have no barbecue....never againWhat a nightmare!!

Jason Menzies: I am writing about this store's trading card section, as that is exclusively what I shop for. In a nutshell: I was very impressed with this store and its selection trading cards - *until they moved the cards to the electronics section.* I realize that there might have been a problem with card theft. Therefore, if shoppers were stealing cards, it makes sense to move them to the video game/electronics section and have them locked behind glass. However, if the move is simply to limit how much people buy, then I don't agree; it is better for everyone if card purchases are not limited, because this means higher turnover rates. Higher turnover means more selection for shoppers and bigger profit numbers for the store. Simply moving the cards to limit purchases would therefore be a mistake.. On the other hand, moving cards to protect them from theft makes a ton of sense. Therefore, not knowing which one is the answer, I can only give a mixed review...

Julie Morso: Ive heard a lot of stories recently about the secret shopper who works for loss prevention, a girl with a face mask and glasses for harassing shoppers. My own personal experience where she followed me even after i called her out (because it was obvious she was following me) , showed her what i had yet she continued to follow me and record me for the entire time i was there, and kept harassing me saying i had to check out immediately. I did not have a large bag or a jacket, or had any intention of shoplifting. She also wanted to search my phone because she thought i “took a photo of her” and its “illegal to record in the store”. This is ridiculous, she is making many people including myself extremely uncomfortable. Ive heard several other stories circulating about her. She is not good at her job, thats for sure!!!!!!!!
Bill Anderson: Handicap carts are ether broken or not charged or holding charge. The shelves in the electronic department are empty. Nestlé water was not in stock. The dog treats for dogs with allergies was empty with prices at 18.88. That was today. And yesterday when i called looking for something in electronics was on holds for 35 minutes. Web cams are never in stock but advertised. Store Number 3115.

She was patient with me and helped and took all my information to make sure that if it's turned in or the till is over that she'd make sure it comes back to me. These are the type of customer service reps who need that are very friendly and kind and helpful. She definitely should train new staff or someone for a potential manager. Thank you again, Mary Jane

CBJGazo: This location is where I usually go for household cleaning items and TP because they usually have a good sale on them but for cosmetics, forget it! So many empty spots where cosmetics should be. They never restock! The staff has always been friendly even when I have witnessed a customer destroying a display of paper towels and tp for entertainment. Not one employee would say anything probably for fear of losing their job but thankfully for them I was there and said something for them. This location has no cart corrals unless you want to walk a mile to one at the far end of the lot so carts are left all over the lot.

Head office should get involved in this . Not happy.
