Nikki was amazing, although she was multitasking, she was very attentive to my needs, she made phone calls to find merchandise that their store didn't have. Assisted me with payment and even sized my son correctly. It felt like an old school shoe store experience. She made my day. If you go there, ask for her, tell her Mike D sent you. She's awesome

Edward Greenaway: This place has great service and prices.I have purchased three pairs of boots here, two for me and one for my son. My son's boots had the heel fall off after about a month, and they replaced the boots with no problem. I will definitely be purchasing more boots from them.They also have a selection of cool hats.Definitely the place to go for your boot needs.

samantha meyer: I went to Chester Boot Shop for the first time today to pick up a pair of Solovairs, which are hard to find in the States. The staff and owner were just wonderful! Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and a huge selection. I never want to buy boots anywhere else!
Mathew Henkel: Bought a pair of Wolverine 1,000 mile cap toe boots with the Vibram soles today from Chesters and the boots are gorgeous!! These guys know thier stuff. Friendly and knowledgeable, they had me on my way in 15 minutes with a pair of boots that I love and at the best price in town.
