Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Michele Artist: The lines are always better when the first open up and as a suggestion never go before a holiday. Alot of quality styles , pricing is fair, and staff is accommodating for the most part. Large store, not alot of sales or rotation of styles. Also shop online before dragging yourself down here, because there's always sales online.
Aasif Halim: I've always been a shopper at H&M and never have been treated in a disrespectful manner until today. As we were searching for a shirt and talking about the fitting rooms being closed due to COVID, a male African American employee with a high pitched voice rudely accused us of unbuttoning all of the shirts and told us that "we will not use the sales floor as a fitting room". I myself work in the customer service industry and have never spoken to a customer like that. Nor have I ever accused customers of things. Customers can be in the wrong and when they are, you can politely let them know. If that doesn't work, you can take whatever necessary measures, but to treat customers the way this rude employee treated us today is not the way. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Sean Strife: Choosing to shop more ethically, I’ve become a huge fan of Gettees high quality, Michigan-made apparel. I ordered four shirts online, and was immediately impressed at how soft and well made the shirts were. Having recently lost a lot of weight I ended up needing a smaller size than anticipated, a pleasant surprise which gave me an excuse to check out their storefront in Eastern Market. They have a clean, organized space with a couple of spacious dressing rooms. After explaining my issue, the employees behind the counter were more than happy to swap out the unworn shirts I brought in with identical items in a smaller size, even getting them for me so I wouldn’t have to search. More than satisfied with my purchases and experience. I will most definitely be going back to them for more wardrobe staples.

Idamis Gutierrez: My mother was accused of stealing in your store. They called the guards and humiliated her in front of the whole store. The manager on 4/23/22 @ 4:30 pm. Staff on floor were overwhelming her shopping experience. She is a loyal customer to this location and this is not how a customer should be treated. They were very disrespectful. I called customer service and they were not able to get to the manager and got transferred to another mall in Louisiana. Very disappointed in this store and customer service. If you want a pleasant shopping experience DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have placed a claim against this store.
