Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Mindy: The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was a young man on the floor helping, and a mannerable guard at the door. This place doesn't let you try on clothes at all (pre dating covid19 mind you). The women that work here are so nasty to you when asking questions. It's only like your job ma'ams. Then not only do they Not let you keep the hangers, the cashier balled up my clothes and threw them in the bag. I bought a tiara as well. Asked her to put it in a jewelry bag. She stated we don't have those, but we have these. It was a jewelry bag!!!!!Cashier/Operator: 0501 dh, term#: 002 store#: 00438Clothes are cheap and cute when you're trying to find something in a crunch! I may visit once a year. Every time nothing changes. These store always find the most busted women to work here who don't care about their job, their appearance, or the customers who shop here. Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Michele Artist: The lines are always better when the first open up and as a suggestion never go before a holiday. Alot of quality styles , pricing is fair, and staff is accommodating for the most part. Large store, not alot of sales or rotation of styles. Also shop online before dragging yourself down here, because there's always sales online.
Aasif Halim: I've always been a shopper at H&M and never have been treated in a disrespectful manner until today. As we were searching for a shirt and talking about the fitting rooms being closed due to COVID, a male African American employee with a high pitched voice rudely accused us of unbuttoning all of the shirts and told us that "we will not use the sales floor as a fitting room". I myself work in the customer service industry and have never spoken to a customer like that. Nor have I ever accused customers of things. Customers can be in the wrong and when they are, you can politely let them know. If that doesn't work, you can take whatever necessary measures, but to treat customers the way this rude employee treated us today is not the way. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Idamis Gutierrez: My mother was accused of stealing in your store. They called the guards and humiliated her in front of the whole store. The manager on 4/23/22 @ 4:30 pm. Staff on floor were overwhelming her shopping experience. She is a loyal customer to this location and this is not how a customer should be treated. They were very disrespectful. I called customer service and they were not able to get to the manager and got transferred to another mall in Louisiana. Very disappointed in this store and customer service. If you want a pleasant shopping experience DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have placed a claim against this store.

Shanna Major: The 1 star is for the 2 or 3 dresses I liked. After this I'm done with the Highland Park MI store. I may try another location IF they are not like the emp. working today. I never liked a lot of shopping online, thanks to the "hawks" looking, staring, following me around today. Walked in and there wasn't a soul on the floor, all in front by the registers/kids area. Leaving out I spotted a short dark one trying to hide in the clorhes and the other left out 15 sec.after me. She could've took her break waaaaay before then. I'm almost 47 y.o. and the last person Rainbow has to worry about stealing an $8.00 dress w/ a sensor on it, in front of emp., AND H.P. Police Station next door. ...only in the ghetto.

I went forever 21 store they were 5 minutes about to close and before I walked there they were 3 girls standing and I asked them are u guys still open they were very nice and with big smile On their faces yes we are still open go ahead and don’t rush our register still open. Perry L: I really disliked the layout of this store. My wife wanted to shop for a specific black dress she had seen, but it's not like you go to the "dress section" and just shop for dresses, no. Instead they have a dress on each rack basically. Different styles all over the place. You have to shop the entire store to try and find the thing you're looking for. Which, I'm sure their marketing team has said is a great idea because it makes us more prone to see things and impulse buy them.Really it just makes the shopping experience terrible and makes us not want to return. I'd much rather just shop online than have to search all over the store for the thing I want.They also don't sell clothing in my size which also negatively affects my opinion of the store. If you shop here you'd almost certainly be better off shopping online at Shien or something similar.
