Hailey Dieringer: If I could rate zero stars I would. I went into lulu to exchange a pair of wunder under leggings as I had purchased the wrong size. While I was in there I had brought a pair of Align leggings that i purchased last year (July, 2020) for an employee to look at as they are pilling quite badly and are covered. The employee who was helping me was very rude. I am a healthcare worker and receive the 15% off discount the company offers. She told me she did not know why I was receiving the discount and that I am not supposed to, even though on their website it states that healthcare workers qualify for the discount. Then, she proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do about my leggings because they were purchased in 2019 after looking at a tag that had nothing on it. She asked for my phone number to look up my account to dee when the leggings were purchased and never looked at the purchase date. She then told me that the Align leggings material is not good quality and I should have known about the material and that I should purchase a pilling machine for $20 on amazon. Not only did I purchase these leggings during quarantine in July of 2020, she was very rude about it all. I'm not sure if she was a manager as she was not wearing any Lululemon clothing however, she was not very nice and did not handle the situation well.

Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

I was able to try on different styles and after picking the style, I was fitted. There are multiple fabrics to pick from. It took about two weeks to complete it. I have never had a more comfortable and flattering suit in my life. It is hard for me to even consider wearing a previous suit now. I will definitely be back for a second suit.

Shimra Greenes: The second you walk in, you feel like you're on vacation. You're greeted by the scent of sage and sandalwood and relaxing beach music. The staff are incredibly attentive and sweet. They take what is often a demoralizing and stressful experience and make you feel like a queen.The swimsuits are pricey but very much worth it. I had resigned myself to buying only halter top tankinis and paying for the awful neck pain after, because nothing else fit or supported my...let's say large rack, busom, boobage, boulders, coconuts, what have you.I'm not classically proportioned, with an aesthetically pleasing hourglass shape. I have the dreaded apple shape - top heavy, a belly, and no hips or a butt. I'm also very short. I figured nothing would ever flatter me and that's just the way it is. Somehow their swimsuits are made in such a way that I actually loved what I saw in the mirror, an experience that is completely foreign to me. Not just "this is acceptable, good enough, meh ok" but actual love.Thank you so much!

The women that work there are amazing and provide an environment where everyone is beautiful and perfect just as they are. I came in and the girls at the front were extremely sweet and accommodating. They answered as many questions as they could and helped me find the styles I like.
