Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

A Foundational Black American Man: A typical Macy's shopping experience. A tab bit pricier than JCP. And a little more upscale in appearance. Alsi, a tad bit less crowded at the checkout counters on any given day from my experience.

Robin Monterosso: Got there an hour before closing; could not use fitting rooms, and the people that had greeted us as we walked into the men’s clothing area disappeared immediately not to be seen again. Shirt selection is not what it used to be! Our cashier was helpful and a really lovely lady. Usually I can find what I need in men’s clothing there and it’s a go-to, but overall this last visit was lackluster. However, my 23 yo son was thrilled that they have “dress slacks” in the super slim fit. Good thing he was wearing shorts and could sort of try the pants on over the shorts; I might have walked away in frustration otherwise. I do have to return the shirt he could not try on before purchasing.

MJG: This JC Penney is simply terrible. Maybe it's under staffed or they just don't care. The sizing of items are all over the place. I was looking at some Adidas shoes in the men's section, they were clearly used. Mud on soles, dog hair inside, disgusting.Clothing was much the same. Items all over. Sizing was a mystery. Large shirts on small hangers, misplaced items everywhere. Kaytee Kliemann: I was really hoping to give the place a whopping zero stars because this is the most bass ackwards run store I have ever set foot in. My wedding ring had a stone fall out, I had the stone and the ring. The lady who took my ring said that when they send it to the jewelers for fixing they will also tighten and retip the other prongs and proceeded to charge me $110 saying I was getting a "deal". Ring was promised back by 8/15 or before. I called on 8/16 inquiring about the location of my ring. Come to find out they have not done anything other than further damage my wedding ring! A family heirloom. They said now that the stone that fell out was chipped. There was no mention of this before at all. In fact the receipt specifically says no chips or damage. When I asked how this could be the lady on the phone said that the jeweler looks under the stone... If the stone was out of the ring it was 100% visible to the lady at the counter. Now they are saying I need to pay an addition $190 to get this fixed and it would be another few weeks before I saw my jewelry. Upon teller the rude lady on the phone I want a full refund and my ring back she says I won't be getting my ring for about another week and HUNG UP ON ME! Do not go to Kay jewelers. They will damage your property and rob you at the same time!

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄

Luthfur Rahman: This Macy location is my go-to place for buying cloths. I been shopping at this location for 10+ years. Today is the first day I ever faced bad customer service. The lady name Lasondra that works in the men’s department was very rude and doesn’t seem like she wants to be there. I came to return a tie and right away she was giving me attitude and was like “oh, I can’t return this, it doesn’t have a tag blah blah…” without even giving me a chance to look into my bag for the tag. Then I gave her the tag and showed my receipt and she was like “it’s not showing up for me, go to another register” after scanning the tie. I went to another lady and she was able to return the tie for me within like 2 minutes.

For a store that has chandeliers and designer clothes they need to up the ante if they want to compete. Walmart has better bathrooms! It was disgusting! I won't be back

Soon thereafter with no pressure whatsoever...Donnell Hollister...fine rug specialist showed me a line of rugs for a new cabin up north. I had no intent to look at or buy a rug (or rugs) but ended up with 5 solid choices for the main room/kitchen and entry points. Got a GREAT deal on a rug I took home that day.If you need a great wing/rug man..Donnell will show you the light!
