Queen Necessary: The site wouldn't allow me to pay & pick up early...forcing me to pick up after 12 pm....get there early explained the issue....NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE (CUSTOMERS) ...So I asked could my balloons be prepared....I was told to wait til after 12....WILL NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN !!!!

Sam: I walked in and asked the cashier Sara ( the manager ) if they had any outer space decor she said no. So I asked you guys don’t have any astronaut decor or anything? She said NO & went back to what she was doing. Then a regular associate with short hair asked me if I would like her to show me something they had similar? I said yes. She took me to an aisle with plenty of outer space decor. It could be more but it was definitely plenty of. When I went back to the register to purchase my items I asked the cashier was she the manager. She said yes. I said I’m just confused why you didn’t know there was outer space decoratin. She laughed and said she just started here and only has been here for a month. What a poor excuse especially for a manager. I used to work in retail and let’s just say this girl is no good at all. She’s losing party city business. She says no just to get someone out of her face. Instead of asking the person next to her if they had it or looking it up in the computer she flat out just says no twice. I can’t believe they made her a manager. Seems like the short hair girl who helped me that day should’ve been manager before her. At least she puts effort into her job and actually helped me out. Sara did not care that I was upset she thought it was funny and was very nonchalant about the entire situation. & honestly if you’ve been there for a month you should have learned the shelves by now or go online to study the inventory. There’s really no excuse at all as to why you didn’t know what’s in the store. You put no effort into learning about the store or into helping the customers. I spent over $120 on outer space decor with this company after she just had told me they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was very upset and still am. Party city called me and Diana offered me 20% off my next order. Which is nothing when everything is so expensive. But here are pics of some of the decor I purchased to go along with my house theme of aliens and outer space. My son still had a great time bc of me and his dad.

One item needed to be shipped, and since I was at the location when I set up home delivery on my telephone, Party City waived the shipping charge! That was a really nice online option. Ben A: Came and bought some cups for an upcoming party and they were out of the 16oz red - a staple - so I got a different color with the intention of just exchanging them. The rude checkout girl with Spikey green hair said to try back a few days later as they were waiting on a delivery and red cups are one of their biggest sellers. I make the drive a week+ later and they’re still out. I come again, today, on the last day of being able to exchange and they’re STILL out. Out of a basic, top selling item for a month is obnoxious. Sure, I could have called and asked about stock before I drove, but the checkout person from my initial purchase wouldn’t even check stock with me standing in front of her, a phone call would be useless with this staff. They say they can’t get anyone in to work (staff is MIA and checkout spoke openly and poorly about how bad it is there), but it seems clear management is the problem. Get someone in who knows what they’re doing, just sad.

He went above & beyond to make sure I got everything I came for, and he really exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely make the drive to this location again in the future (even though there’s a different Party City that’s way closer to my house). Overall, this store provides great customer service and it’s fully stocked.

Tr Elmore: Store wasnt restocked following halloween, but I guess it can be expected except for the fact when we went to a different location they were fully stocked. One staff member waved us in the general direction of what we were looking for while a different staff member actually took the time to help us look. Probably would've been 4 stars if we had met the second staff member first.

(12 total) We walked around and waited til they finished blowing them up due to no wait. Definitely a perk. When I got them home I took the clip off that was holding them all together and it looked like all the string was tied in multiple knots. No it was not from wind. It was so so bad I had to physically cut the balloon out. Only to end up with ZERO balloons with a string on them.We use this store for every party we have. We always get our balloons here because they always do a fabulous job. Never had a problem before.Definitely disappointed with the amount I paid for 12 balloons. My son is Autistic and we just wanted to get him nice balloons because he loves to walk around with them.Unfortunately staff was just having regular life chit chat distracted while doing all this. I don't care if you talk but atleast pay attention to the job your doing.

MaryAnn Dinunzio: Purchased a balloon bouquet as I do every year for a birthday. Picked up at 4:30pm purchased bag to transport them in, went directly home (approx 10min drive) removed from bag, woke up at 7:30am and 3 out of the 6 latex balloons were deflated and the others starting to droop. I called the store as it has been less than 24hrs and was basically told “no guarantee with latex and there is a sign” Very disappointed, I do not expect them to last but at least 24 hours. Will never purchase from here again and will also notify others. Will purchase elsewhere as I cannot use these now.

Cashier couldn’t even log in correctly to her register and when calling supervisor she was told what she did wrong and supervisor never came out to help. I was told to go to another register. Balloons escaped to ceiling when filling with helium. They took 10 minutes to try and retrieve ballon’s from ceiling and would have continued if I hadn’t asked them to choose new balloons since I was pressed for time. Such poor service. Rey disappointed after spending $66 for the whole process.
