Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

This place doesn't let you try on clothes at all (pre dating covid19 mind you). The women that work here are so nasty to you when asking questions. It's only like your job ma'ams. Then not only do they Not let you keep the hangers, the cashier balled up my clothes and threw them in the bag. I bought a tiara as well. Asked her to put it in a jewelry bag. She stated we don't have those, but we have these. Every time nothing changes. These store always find the most busted women to work here who don't care about their job, their appearance, or the customers who shop here. Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Michele Artist: The lines are always better when the first open up and as a suggestion never go before a holiday. Alot of quality styles , pricing is fair, and staff is accommodating for the most part. Large store, not alot of sales or rotation of styles. Also shop online before dragging yourself down here, because there's always sales online.
Aasif Halim: I've always been a shopper at H&M and never have been treated in a disrespectful manner until today. As we were searching for a shirt and talking about the fitting rooms being closed due to COVID, a male African American employee with a high pitched voice rudely accused us of unbuttoning all of the shirts and told us that "we will not use the sales floor as a fitting room". I myself work in the customer service industry and have never spoken to a customer like that. Nor have I ever accused customers of things. Customers can be in the wrong and when they are, you can politely let them know. If that doesn't work, you can take whatever necessary measures, but to treat customers the way this rude employee treated us today is not the way. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Starpointe Photography: This is one of the newer stores located in the strip mall on the Southeast corner of 8 mile and Woodward. I was in the store for about 13min and at no point did either of the 2 employees say a word to me. The store isn't that big , so I'm sure they saw me. One half of the store is for plus which cool but it's hard to shop comfortably. Racks are over packed and too close together.

She picked out a few cute things for me. The only thing that I suggest of all Rainbow and clothing stores is to carry more L and XL. Apparently those sizes are the most popular. And they wonder why their racks are still filled with smalls and mediums. This is not the 70s we have meat on our bones now and curves. I very humbly ask all the stores to get with the times or they will disappear
