Krystal: I believe this is the last location open in Michigan. I love this store, and I love the quality of their shoes . On the day I visited, I had the pleasure of having Denise, and let me tell you, she is definitely doing three people's jobs. I certainly hope that her upper management realizes that she's a hard worker and still remains very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you, Denise, for a wonderful shopping experience for myself and my daughter.

Chris Bearss: My wife ordered sandals which were not in stock at this store on July 11. The salesperson got our contact info and said that the sandals could be shipped directly to our house. So, we placed the order. Shame on us for not asking when they would be shipped. We did not have any communication from the company regarding when we should expect delivery. Out of the blue, they showed up on August 10th. Apparently, they handle product fulfillment out of various stores in their chain, as opposed to thru a DC or fulfillment center. The sandals arrived, they fit my wife as expected. Quality of product is a 4 out of 5. Communication with customer is 1 out of 5.

Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Robin Monterosso: Got there an hour before closing; could not use fitting rooms, and the people that had greeted us as we walked into the men’s clothing area disappeared immediately not to be seen again. Shirt selection is not what it used to be! Our cashier was helpful and a really lovely lady. Usually I can find what I need in men’s clothing there and it’s a go-to, but overall this last visit was lackluster. However, my 23 yo son was thrilled that they have “dress slacks” in the super slim fit. Good thing he was wearing shorts and could sort of try the pants on over the shorts; I might have walked away in frustration otherwise. I do have to return the shirt he could not try on before purchasing.

Never heard of any of them and most their store don't carry. Coupon is pretty misleading. DSW needs to do better.

So I decided to take them back and tell them exactly how long I wore them well needless to say they wouldn’t return them. The reason I’m so upset is because DSW is a million dollar company and they couldn’t eat $65. So dissatisfied with them. Although I still purchased another pair of ASICS I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄

When I came back to the register to complete the purchase, the original clerk was gone and “manager” Kristie said that the original clerk, who set my items aside, did it wrong and that it’s going to be an extra $9. Kristie had a bad attitude and was rude during the checkout process. If I wouldn’t step out to grab a pair of socks in a first place, I would have gotten the correct sale price. It’s really not a matter of $9. It’s just very unprofessional of Kristie to change the price on my items in just a few minutes. Her being rude on top of this made it even worse.
