Onefly1 Queen: Customer service is horrible man is very mean won’t return shoes even if the know your friendly neighborhood store I lost receipt that’s a human error they are your shoes the cashiers remembers me and they won’t exchange, I bought three pair of boots same day on debit card I offer to pull up but he said no. we need better treatment in our neighborhood! All I needed is one size bigger! Never will come back want to buy where I can build relationships for little mishaps like that! Steve Blake: I happened to walk into RUNdetroit by chance today. I knew I needed new shoes for the season, but I didn't know how much help I could use in getting them. Kristie (forgive my potentially incorrect spelling) was a helpful and assuring guide who helped me find the perfect fit for my foot and form. Friendly, knowledgeable service with great prices. I'll be coming back.
James Downs: Justin the store owner was out on the floors interacting with customers and answering questions. He's very personable and was very knowledgeable about different training methods and fueling strategies and answered basically every question I could come up with! Not to mention his resume. Highly recommend

Stephen Caren: RUNDetroit is a wonderful store that has incredibly helpful employees who are not only very knowledgeable, but care more about getting you the right fit for your shoes than selling you a more expensive product. They also hold group runs and separate running events which allow you to meet other runners and get in your long run with others. Additionally, there's a loyalty program which lets you earn points towards a $25 off reward. I highly recommend coming here if you're trying to get into running or if you want to check out new gear, clothes, or nutrition.

This is how terrible training this company provides.Yet another experience when I stopped at the restroom. Toilet seat was loose, latch on the toilet stall door was missing, sinks are dirty (at 6:30 am), paper towel of different type for the dispenser. Looks like the management does not do their work properly.

Never heard of any of them and most their store don't carry. Coupon is pretty misleading. DSW needs to do better.

Toi Sapp: I purchased some ASICS online in March. I only wear ASICS so it wasn’t a big deal ordering online, well I wore them for about 6 hours and I was in tremendous pain ( had to go home and change shoes). I wasn’t going to return them but my daughter reminded me that we’ve seen pretty bad shoes in clearance and I only wore them for a few hours and honestly they weren’t bad at all. So I decided to take them back and tell them exactly how long I wore them well needless to say they wouldn’t return them. The reason I’m so upset is because DSW is a million dollar company and they couldn’t eat $65. So dissatisfied with them. Although I still purchased another pair of ASICS I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!
