Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Not to mention, Laman was so kind at the register, was super helpful, and kept her wits about her during our struggles at the cash register. It crashed and caused her problems. The store could probably upgrade their systems for their employees so they wouldn't have to stress, and lines wouldn't get held up.

The girl with the high pitched voice was texting while the line was long and then walked away and went to the check out register and started ringing people out even though the return line was much longer. Chris Bearss: My wife ordered sandals which were not in stock at this store on July 11. The salesperson got our contact info and said that the sandals could be shipped directly to our house. So, we placed the order. Shame on us for not asking when they would be shipped. We did not have any communication from the company regarding when we should expect delivery. Out of the blue, they showed up on August 10th. Apparently, they handle product fulfillment out of various stores in their chain, as opposed to thru a DC or fulfillment center. The sandals arrived, they fit my wife as expected. Quality of product is a 4 out of 5. Communication with customer is 1 out of 5.

I've even had someone leave that location and drive to my house for a make up item. I'm definitely Team Nordstrom❤️

Their website said it'd be ready that day. I got an email a couple hours later stating that one item from the order was canceled (presumably due to lack of inventory).On Sunday I contacted customer service to cancel the other item since it was still not ready for pickup. They wouldn't cancel it and said I'd have to call the store because the order was "processing."The other item didn't end up being ready for pickup until Tuesday. When I called the store to cancel the item, the only reason they could give me for the extended timeline was "management?" No apology. Just a shrug.I would expect better from Nordstrom. I purchased through them because I thought I could get the items in a day in one easy pickup vs. two separate online orders. Instead, I got the headache of extra phone calls and refunds, and ended up ordering from Amazon anyways (with one-day shipping to my door).Basically, don't waste your time with their pickup service.

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄

The lady name Lasondra that works in the men’s department was very rude and doesn’t seem like she wants to be there. I came to return a tie and right away she was giving me attitude and was like “oh, I can’t return this, it doesn’t have a tag blah blah…” without even giving me a chance to look into my bag for the tag. Then I gave her the tag and showed my receipt and she was like “it’s not showing up for me, go to another register” after scanning the tie. I went to another lady and she was able to return the tie for me within like 2 minutes.

They are helpful, friendly, and have a sense of humor, even after working with some very difficult people. They keep us going back for the good prices and their excellent service.

Ryan Huggins: I'll be the first to say that I am not someone who buys clothes in-person. Like, ever. So going here in person was an experience I was not prepared for, and I'm not sure if this lack of knowledge just made a good experience bad or if the store is just confusing in general.There was an impressive selection of products, from various brands. Lots of different budget options, too. But the clothes are all over the place, and I found it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Sure, brands were labeled, but to see exactly what products are, you need to walk right up to them to properly identify them (again, I'm not suited to this environment, so if this is not an actual problem that people have, then ignore me, please). The clothes blended into each other, making it difficult to determine if what I'm seeing in the distance is a sweater that I'm looking for or if it's just a cardigan or a long-sleeved shirt.The selection was big, but at least for me, it was difficult to find what I was looking for, so it just gets an "okay" from me.

elayne manciero: I went to pick up an order at the Lakeside store. Marianne waited on me. She was very friendly. I didn't realize when you order an item from the bedding department you have to go to the men's store. When I got to the men's store Marianne had call to let them I was picking up my item. They had it ready for me. They told me Marianne called them so my order would be ready. Thank you to Marianne for the great service!

Shirley Henry: I am disappointed at the APR of 30.99. I have a charge card and I think Macys will lose several customers due to the high APR percentage being charged on credit card customers. I also don't appreciate being charged $2.00 if not using my card within a month or so.

I was specifically told by the salesman that absolutely nothing would get denied, and when I filed a claim due to my kids staining the couch it was denied. No one came out to even look at it. This was just simply via an online claim. SCAM. This company will be out of business before we know it. Already filed with the BBB as well.

I asked if they had anything around 50-60$ because online they had few sunglasses for that price. She said “No we only have designer here, and they start around 100$.
