Ammar Jerjees: Rita the manager at the Devonshire Mall location is the most disrespectful and rude human you can ever possibly meet. She harassed me in front of the employees and customers and accused me of wearing the clothing that I was returning she said look look It was worn, washed and now want it returned. I have never in my entire life experienced such bad customer service. When you go in they are so nice yet persuasive and want you to just buy but when you want to return they are so so so rude and accuse you of wearing the clothing. I suggest you work on your customer service skills and attitude if you don’t want to lose customers. I was completely mortified by this situation and even the highest management was not willing to help me. So very disappointed.

Melvina Roundtree: Found 2 dresses, gym shoes, a gown, and more. I didn't go to shop for self but I did. I went with a friend to look for a dress for a wedding. She didn't find anything. We are going back soon

Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Mo Mery: Staff is fairly nice and place is well kept up with the amount of customers that come through this place. A lot to choose from.
A Foundational Black American Man: A typical Macy's shopping experience. A tab bit pricier than JCP. And a little more upscale in appearance. Alsi, a tad bit less crowded at the checkout counters on any given day from my experience.

La Muñeca: This Macys is inside southland mall and has 3 floors! 3rd floor is called Macy’s backstage where you can find marked down items including name brands even more discounted. I also love the offers around the holidays they have a little bit of everything in there! The staff is always friendly and ready to assist you. My kids like to ride the escalator lol but I think the kid in all of us does! 😄
