samantha meyer: I went to Chester Boot Shop for the first time today to pick up a pair of Solovairs, which are hard to find in the States. The staff and owner were just wonderful! Excellent customer service, above and beyond, and a huge selection. I never want to buy boots anywhere else!

Gavriel Ross: When my wife and i first walked into the store, we were overwhelmed with strong and mixed perfume scents. It was terrible. Once we got past that, we asked a store employee for directions through the store. Two had no idea about the layout. Once we got where we were going, the folks there obviously hated their job. They were more than just rude. Probably because this particular person was upset that we had to take her away from her screen. Also very over priced. We went to another store and found the exact same brands for less.

Maddi Lelli: Jade was extremely helpful and knowledgable in helping me find very specific boots for a work related site visit. Learned a lot about women's sizes in contractor boots (and how they basically don't exist) but she checked inventory for me twice, and called around to other stores until we found something that would work despite being a bit busy. She's great, 10/10 manager, was also being kind and helpful to the other employee working there, and I didn't feel awkward being the only female in the store she made sure I got what I needed even though I'm not their typical customer
Tearra: Redwing chains are known for their quality work boots/shoes. The store was clean. Everything was well lit and organized. The person who helped was named Jade. She kept making little sly subtle remarks that I felt were directed at me . We were there to get his shoes and not make friends so I let it slide. She also kept trying to upsell things, which I get is a part of the job, but it got annoying after a while. She was particularly nice to my husband. We won’t be back to this location. I gave three stars instead of 1 because I know the shoes will last a while and there was a gentleman there making repairs who was nice.

I stumbled upon this one even though i have passed it several times going to others and was able to get help from a woman name Jade (i think). She had my boot, put it to the side when i got there and i was out the door within 20 minutes. They have what you need and if they dont they will actually find it at other stores (unlike the other red wing stores) Thanks for the help this is the best store for red wings you will find.
