Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Philly Paul: The young fella in the blue cap wasn’t remotely interested with helping anyone and finally walked up to assist with register(line was getting long) but didn’t made it past one customer and didn’t appear to care. Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Mindy: The only reason I gave 2 stars was because it was a young man on the floor helping, and a mannerable guard at the door. This place doesn't let you try on clothes at all (pre dating covid19 mind you). The women that work here are so nasty to you when asking questions. It's only like your job ma'ams. Then not only do they Not let you keep the hangers, the cashier balled up my clothes and threw them in the bag. I bought a tiara as well. Asked her to put it in a jewelry bag. She stated we don't have those, but we have these. It was a jewelry bag!!!!!Cashier/Operator: 0501 dh, term#: 002 store#: 00438Clothes are cheap and cute when you're trying to find something in a crunch! I may visit once a year. Every time nothing changes. These store always find the most busted women to work here who don't care about their job, their appearance, or the customers who shop here. Won't be back here next year at all.

AUBREY SENKOWSKI: My tank top that I bought said it was $58, the total came to $72 and I wondered how it was that expensive so I turned back around and went back to the store. He said that the prices have raised $10 on the top but still charged me $68 for the tank top when the store had the wrong price on it.

Hailey Dieringer: If I could rate zero stars I would. I went into lulu to exchange a pair of wunder under leggings as I had purchased the wrong size. While I was in there I had brought a pair of Align leggings that i purchased last year (July, 2020) for an employee to look at as they are pilling quite badly and are covered. The employee who was helping me was very rude. I am a healthcare worker and receive the 15% off discount the company offers. She told me she did not know why I was receiving the discount and that I am not supposed to, even though on their website it states that healthcare workers qualify for the discount. Then, she proceeded to tell me that there is nothing she can do about my leggings because they were purchased in 2019 after looking at a tag that had nothing on it. She asked for my phone number to look up my account to dee when the leggings were purchased and never looked at the purchase date. She then told me that the Align leggings material is not good quality and I should have known about the material and that I should purchase a pilling machine for $20 on amazon. Not only did I purchase these leggings during quarantine in July of 2020, she was very rude about it all. I'm not sure if she was a manager as she was not wearing any Lululemon clothing however, she was not very nice and did not handle the situation well.

I watched as I shopped each customer that politely requested and waited for assistance to purchase their items and everytime each girl at the register had an attitude. When it was finally time for me to checkout I made an attempt to be overly polite, still the same rudeness and attitude. Not to mention today I have to go back bc they left one of the security tags in my dress. I will not plan to return to this location after this. Poor attitudes and poor service 😒

Dani Hardy: Tonight I witnessed some of the most exemplary self control from an employee. An associate from a neighboring store (shoetime) came in and physically and verbally threatened a minor simply because her held order was put back on the floor when it was close to closing time. The manager this evening showed patience, poise, and extreme self control as the shoetime employee shouted derogatory words at the young girl. Job well done for remaining professional and not coming out of character. Honestly tonight’s staff as a whole did an excellent job.
Fran W: These ladies attitudes are trash! No customer service .. they don't greet you and They come to work looking any kind of way. This is supposed to be an experience for ladies who want to shop and have positive vibes. The store is Big with plenty to choose from however, the racks are so close together you can barely move. I do like that they have security there for any recklessness that may occur! And protection... will not shop there again

The staff is not familiar with the store policy and never a manager available and they don't care to read the policy posted at the register. Each time I've had to call Store Headquarters to get assistance (they were precessional). I will never spend my money there again and I will tell everyone on my Social Media not to shop there.

Shanna Major: The 1 star is for the 2 or 3 dresses I liked. After this I'm done with the Highland Park MI store. I may try another location IF they are not like the emp. working today. I never liked a lot of shopping online, thanks to the "hawks" looking, staring, following me around today. Walked in and there wasn't a soul on the floor, all in front by the registers/kids area. Leaving out I spotted a short dark one trying to hide in the clorhes and the other left out 15 sec.after me. She could've took her break waaaaay before then. I'm almost 47 y.o. and the last person Rainbow has to worry about stealing an $8.00 dress w/ a sensor on it, in front of emp., AND H.P. Police Station next door. ...only in the ghetto.

Alysia Massey: Pulled up at 5:10pm tonight 1/8/23, and the doors were locked/closed. hours listed are 6pm close Sundays. Guess you just let employees determine shop hours and negate potential sales revenue. Shaking my head- what's bad is I wasn't surprised.

Starpointe Photography: This is one of the newer stores located in the strip mall on the Southeast corner of 8 mile and Woodward. I was in the store for about 13min and at no point did either of the 2 employees say a word to me. The store isn't that big , so I'm sure they saw me. One half of the store is for plus which cool but it's hard to shop comfortably. Racks are over packed and too close together.

lolita smith: I hate the we choose to purchase homes in our city and we go to our closest stores only to get the WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 😒 I encounter a older lady name "Shawna" today and her attitude was horrible! She was beyond rude and whats crazy is im sure these complaints means nothing to management because I'm pretty sure she was a manager. Sad Sad Please do Better

MI Amour: Hate that this is the closest store to me. Most of the women who work here are very unhelpful and have the nastiest attitudes. Arrived here today 30 minutes prior to the posted closing time and the doors were already locked. This has happened on more than one occasion and is ridiculous at this point! Going to start going to a further location for a better shopping experience

J jo: I always find a hard time finding my size of L-XL or anything cute for that matter. The manager Jackie helped with my anxiety of looking through clusters. She picked out a few cute things for me. The only thing that I suggest of all Rainbow and clothing stores is to carry more L and XL. Apparently those sizes are the most popular. And they wonder why their racks are still filled with smalls and mediums. This is not the 70s we have meat on our bones now and curves. I very humbly ask all the stores to get with the times or they will disappear
