Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Philly Paul: The young fella in the blue cap wasn’t remotely interested with helping anyone and finally walked up to assist with register(line was getting long) but didn’t made it past one customer and didn’t appear to care. Thankfully another gentleman wearing glasses came up and was extremely professional. This pretty on par with Detroit since I’ve moved here, there doesn’t seem to be much of a desire to put in an extra effort. Puzzling.

Bigben -1989: Hands down, this is my new go-to for any 313 apparel! The stitching quality is stupendous, and the over drip level is unrivaled by competitors! It's been difficult to take off my new drip since receiving it in the mail, given how much clout I've gained from wearing it! I only wish they had a brick and motor location in Detroit, but I'm sure one is on the way.

Casey Dingwitz (kclynnfly): The reasons I didn't give a 5-star to this business is for the we were not greeted when we walked in the door. I wanted one of each of different kinds of shirts in which where my sizes were not available and not many other options. I did think that two sweatshirts and a candle for $100 was a bit much as well. Don't get me wrong I love the sweatshirt that we have purchased. I'm actually going to be wearing it when I go on vacation here soon so I will be advertising and I will return I hope you have other options for us next time. As well as some great deals to go along.

The selection itself is pretty incredible, featuring several rare brands you won’t find anywhere else in the state & a carefully curated collection of resale / vintage items.
Voltarine-Nicole: Awesome style, curation, editing of what they offer... It's like someone did all the work for you finding cool stuff. Reasonable prices! II am a size 14 and it's hard to find vintage plus, but actually have found lots in my size every time I've dropped in.Looking forward to going again soon for style inspo and more good finds.

Starpointe Photography: This is one of the newer stores located in the strip mall on the Southeast corner of 8 mile and Woodward. I was in the store for about 13min and at no point did either of the 2 employees say a word to me. The store isn't that big , so I'm sure they saw me. One half of the store is for plus which cool but it's hard to shop comfortably. Racks are over packed and too close together.

And they wonder why their racks are still filled with smalls and mediums. This is not the 70s we have meat on our bones now and curves. Nichole DeOssie: Aside from the incredible, fun, and high quality product DHH sells? I want everyone to know how out of this WORLD their customer service is. I've previously ordered from them with no issue, but recently ordered a sweatshirt as a birthday gift for an out of state friend. Long story short, the size had to be exchanged and while they did not hesitate to exchange the item at no cost to me? it turned out to be a grueling two month long process with USPS having lost my product to returning my product two months later claiming the item had been "unclaimed" at their local post office (not true). When I tell you that ANTONIA went above and beyond to make sure my birthday gift delivery debacle was handled (a problem that ultimately was none of their fault and strictly a USPS issue) I'm not downplaying it in the least. She frequentlly communicated & resolved my issues so quickly and with such patience and compassion. I run a small business of my own, and would do absolutely any thing to have employee's as wonderful as her. Thank you again for everything DHH & Antonia!
